Can now add that Tim is rude, of no assistance and has no people skills whatsoever trying to talk to a civil human here is impossible.
Getting told to read the emails when no one is replying or putting a name at the least. Being name called by TIM how do you still have a job
I look forward to the immature belittling reply you guys have displayed here in previous reviews and in our communications I dont except anything civil from any staff members as they have thus far proven incapable of professionalism.

I got a load of stuff from here. Long time gym goer. Wanted some solid but well priced gear. Got a squat rack and bench. All great stuff, well built and very well priced. Great service and great communication.

I bought today a spin bike from fitness world despite what other people say this is great service the best experience online shopping fast no frills straight forward. The man who sold it me is maybe a man from not many words, but that doesn't mean is he is rude anyway great service great bike well worth the money thanks very much

What and absolute joke of a.company and customer service. I received my order and did not receive my full quota. I wrote and email expressing my disappointment about this and was told to get inline, everyone is unhappy. I requested my money back and was told to go to spec.savers.on the site is false advertising to as they quote 70kg weights attached to an olimpic bar. The total I had to pay for 6 weight of which two have not been received was over $400 with NO bar so what's the point. Don't order from these guys they are rubbish.

I bought 3 exerycles for my gym from these guys and they gave me the best price around. There competition took ages to get back to me and wouldnt match there price so that got to tell you something.also one of the consoles broke down months later (not there fault) replaced no fuss under warranty and also a power plug a couple weeks back that was out of the warranty time.replaced NO CHARGE.great work guys.

We bought an elliptical cross trainer from Fitness World around seven years ago. It gets used twice daily every day so it's had a lot of use. Recently it stopped working properly and when we rang for advice Aaron was very knowledgeable and helpful. He sold us the necessary parts to fix it and they were sent out to us immediately. It's working again so we're really pleased with the service received - thanks!

We bought a small Bestway swimming pool online and it has proven to be a good pump over the summer months. The build quality is good, and the unit has fared well outdoors for the whole season. The pump runs quietly, generates good flow and is easy to access to replace filter cartridges. The pump came with all the accessories, including pipes, vents and clips.

We were pleased with the communication and speed of delivery. The pump was well package and arrived safely. All in all, a happy camper.
