The online booking for bag collections is not working and I had to call in for both the last two bags to arrange for collection.
This is THE WORST service AND customer service I have ever came across!
I had a compost bin that was supposed to be picked up ones a week and it wasn't at list 3 times!
Every time I called I got transferred to someone else and they had no answers and kept transferring me.they sent me so many email I couldn't keep up and they invoiced me for pickups that did not happen. I tried to get my account sorted and to make sure I have no over due payments but it was almost impossible.when I asked to terminate the contract and pay my balance the sent me a invoice and I paid it fully.
Now 4 MONTH later they send me more invoices! Tried to talked to the women I was dealing with the whole time and she just made up an excuse why she cant help me and I need to contact Accounts now after she did all the handling of this problematic account I wish I didn't even get in to this.
Have used these guys a number of times now and have had nothing but great customer service! So easy to book in once you have filled up the bags and best value as there is no additional charge for the pickup
Awesome service. Ordered their bags 2x and would totally order again. Fast delivery of bag. Quick to collect. No hassles. Reasonable price. Now looking at the green waste bags for our new home. Highly recommended. Thanks again.
This company is unprofessional in communication and billing. During thelockdown period, no rubbish was collected and bills were sent continuously. The email communication failed many times. Sometimes they didn’t respond at all and just sent the bill. Sometimes they responded that I didn’t know why the money was collected. This is calculated by the system, and staffs cannot explain how the bill is calculated.
I have changed the company, but I received an invoice of $315.42 for collecting 4 times rubbish bin!
Until right now, I still don't have anyone to explain my bills.
Awesome service and very friendly and professional drivers! Have ordered Green Gorilla bags quite a few times and each time it's been easy and hassle free. Not sure what the negative reviews are on about. Would highly recommend this company:)
The company was fine, no any drama during the last years services. But its shows lack of communication, poor management and miss organisaztion when they company got new staff since this lockdown. Always constantly send the same invoice, which we are arguing neally a month without any response. Emailed and telephoned to contact them, but they pushed to other departments, talked with 4-5 different people request the deail of charge for, back with no any positive answers. We kept prior notification for cancell and retart bin collections, but the first bill was over $550.00 for Sep monthly charge, even the company only came once to empty one bin at 27th Sep. They still charge over $160.00 after lots of email communication. Totally a greedy, not prefessional and none-efficence firm.
When I contacted them about bin removal it was during level 4, was told that my bin would be picked up first week of level 3 and they definitely kept to it. First day of level 3 and its already been picked up, driver was awesome, didn't take him long to get the truck in and remove the bin. Really polite and friendly too. Great work team keep it up

Hi, Can you please respond to my query. I asked to remove the bin 2 weeks ago. Everyday I have been given new date. I'm losing money. I'm a business customer, not sure if I'm getting this service what about the domestic customer.

Hello. I think this is the worst company about their Health and Safety.
It's very very poor Health and Safety. One toilet for how many staffs working there.
Whoever the leaders there looks like they don't care about Health and Safety that's the first priority.
Overall bad company do not recommend.
I booked a skip bin on the bookabin website over the weekend for Monday dropoff Thursday pick up. Gave instructions it's a shared driveway needs to be put inside my property but I only have a small gate entrance so would need to be put over the fence (its not a huge fence like half the standard fencing you would normally see) nothing about their clauses throughout the whole booking process. They email late on Monday afternoon saying their clauses and can't put it over a fence. Had requested a full refund at this point as
1: They didn't even deliver a bin,
2: They weren't going to put it where it needed to go can't go on the shared driveway everyone would use it for a start and other bin companies can put bins over little fences,
3: Very bad customer service waiting til the late afternoon of the delivery day to advise and not answering the email back about the refund or not being able to deliver the day it was booked for.
They promise hassle free but only cause more problems.
Dropped off the bin overhanging our driveway (just before a steep corner), which was dangerous. Wouldn't come to adjust it (it could easily have been done and was completely unhelpful). We contacted them through their online portal with plenty of time to extend the time to keep the bin. Apparently they had no record of it and removed it early. Followed up with a call and they were like "not our problem". Never had a worst experience with a company than this.
I do not recommend this business, their flexi bin torn apart at the time of pick up because of bad quality and they blame us for the bin is over weight without any proof and refused to replace the bin or reimburse part of the cost of another bin. I am sure the bin was not over the weight of limit but was outside under the sun for a over a year and that was the reason not the weight.poor service and management. I will take further action in dispute tribunal court.

Booked for collecting the bag, didn't collecting the bag and without telling the why, just ignored.
Constantly breaches resource consent conditions by emptying their bin at 5.30 am on Sunday mornings on an adjacent site. Hopeless to get in contact with or get any action to stop the pick ups. So much for caring about tge environment.
Picked up the bag from Mitre 10, filled it and then rang to arrange collection. The lady I spoke to to book was friendly and helpful and the man who did the physical was cheerful, friendly and incredibly efficient. Would use them again in a heartbeat
