KZF151 Gorilla Bins truck - should peel his eyes open when approaching pedestrians crossings, nearly run us over in central Auckland. Very rude too. Wonder if the quality of their services is the same.

Really bad service for this year, for two whole months, our bin only empty for 7 times instead of 16 times, we cancel our serviecs with them, no replay for whole month, and they still want monty from us. Higly NOT recommend
Have bought several bags Gorilla. Good quality and can hold alot of stuff esp the big cleanup we had after our home extension. Also the driver that collected my last bag was super helpful, he went out of his way and was very friendly.
Warning, use these guys only if you want your neighbours to hate you. A neighbour of ours uses this crowd and they do their collections at between 3am and 5am in the morning. Rubbish trucks aren't that stealthy.
Terrible service. Barely answer the phone. Been paying for a service which isnt being met and get the same answer every time "sorry we have had a change of driver, can you put your bin out and we will arrange pick up" then no one comes. The one driver who did come was too lazy to knock on my parents door for clarification around the bins location or actually see that its obviously at the end of our drive way but instead sat in the truck writing a note, stapled it then put it in our letterbox. Been waiting for 5 days now for our rubbish to be taken. Disgusting customer service. Definitely do not recommend this company and will be encouraging my parents to end their services with them because its an absolute joke. 5 weeks now of us having to phone to get our rubbish collected and we now continue to wait for someone to collect the over flow of rubbish.
Good company values however call centre staff dont reflect that.took a while just to get a quote and hanged up without saying goodbye.

Recently filled and sent away a 3m2 landfill bin bag, which I bought from one of the hardware shops. The bin bag was hardy and could cram in quite a big load. Called the call centre and the lady who answered was helpful and friendly. Setup the pick up a few days later and the pick up driver came on time. Excellent product and service!
Went to the head office, no face to face customer service; after being directed to the correct person and waiting for someone after 10 minutes, finally got my details down only to NOT be able to get a bin. What's the point when you cannot accept EFTPOS or cash at the main office?
Terrible service. How hard can it be to arrange a collection? 3 days of calling no pick up has been done. Customer service offers no solution.
