Got two heat pumps and a hrv system all working well, last install was a bit of a nightmare but I take my hat of to hrv customer service they persevered with me and after 3 additional visits they fixed the vibration issue, I can now sleep in peace. If hrv get it wrong they definitely do what they gotta do to fix it. Thanks Hrv I highly recommend. Cheers Nigel

Second or 3rd time weve received cold calls from this company, Avoid! They are likely pushy sales people. Dont appreciate these tactics at all.

Leo the service tech was well presented and professional and efficient, he also gave a good explanation of what he had done. Did our filter change and system check, no problems. I highly recommend them fir hrv servicing.

Excellent Service and professionalism by staff attending. Have been using them for over 10 years (HRV unit & Ducted AC) now and glad to see service levels maintained. Just had a bathroom ventilation unit installed and was done promptly and efficiently.

We love our HRV system. They have been great to work with from installation a couple of years ago, to our recent service and filter change. Communication has been really good, and the installation and service staff have been friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and efficient. I've heard some people complain about the costs, but we've found HRV to be competitively priced. We now have a clean, dry, comfortable house in all seasons - one of the best investments we've made in our home.

Cancelled a quote with HRV, they didn't feel the need to tell the guy coming out however. Honestly disrespectful of both their and my time.

Leo visited our house and explained to us how to work the HRV. He was very fast and professional with work and completed his job in less then 25 minutes. He was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend HRV and services here in South Auckland.

We had the filters replaced recently and I would have to give this five stars. The serviceman was on time, he did his job was polite and courteous. He wore a mask for protection both ways.
Servicing over recent years has gone well. However several years ago we got a crack in our ceiling adjacent to where the motor is in the ceiling. However we did not notice it straight away and therefore could not say for certain that it was caused by the person doing the servicing. However no one else had been in the ceiling before the service or after that particular service was done. However that was some years ago now, and I have no complaints about recent services. (the crack is still in the plaster)

Quite disappointed with the service.
1. There's a wait time of about 4 weeks to get a service.
2. They don't show up on time, call you one hour after they were supposed to be there to say they can come at the end of the day or on the weekend.
3. Show up one hour late on the rescheduled time.
4. Worst of all, for one faulty blade on a 3-fan system, their one and only recommendation is to upgrade the WHOLE system, for a cost of $4,000. Can we replace the blade? Nope. Can we replace the one unit? Nope.
It just feels wrong, and the fact that punctuality isn't there doesn't help build trust that this is not just trying to sell us something.
After all, why would they want customers to replace a $200 part when they can sell a $4,000 system instead?

Found a replacement for the broken item for $90 on TradeMe.
Well done HRV for contributing to destroying our planet with unnecessary waste. Gold Medal in unsustainability.

Technician Jatin came to service my HRV ventilator and fixed it within minutes. He was patient with my queries and also offered advice on how to operate the panel for different seasons. Great customer service!

Poor customer service. Terrible communication and no apology. Will be changing my own filters in the future. First time I’ve been disappointed enough to review any business or service provider.
