Paul was great, very knowledgeable and provided us with some useful information that will ensure our HRV is sitting at the right temperature each season.

Paul had came to change my 2 filters and relpaced one of the fan with a Gen3 Master Fan. He is professional and patient, showing us photos and how to use the keypad.

Thanu replaced the filters. He was very polite and had on all the correct PPE gear. He explained how to use the system properly. Things I had not known for 4 years! A very good job.

Servicing has been done every 2 years by Paul, whom I find very helpful and knowledgeable. Paul would certainly be my first point of contact if there were a problem.

We have had an HRV for a number of years now and the difference it has made to the ventilation of our home is incredible. I have not had any mildew on our curtains since it was installed and the air is fresher and cleaner. The after sales service is great and the technicians who come every two years to replace the filters are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend HRV as both a great company and great system.

Great service from Paul. He wore all the PPE and cleaned up as he went about his work. Paul asked all the relevant safety questions and maintained a safe distance as require during Level 3 lockdown.

He took the time to explain the work he was to carry out, then Isolated and locked the system for safety.

After that he changed out the three filters and tested and recorded the airflow at each outlet.

He then followed up by reminding me of the functionality of the controller and how to get the best out of the system.

All this while on Level 3, so his efforts and work ethic was appreciated.

We are very please with the HRV system as we have used their set up for a few years now and its been one of our best buys by keeping the whole house dry throughout the years.

Thanu was great in that he called in advance to say he was on the way and explained the various aspects of the service and furthermire gave us tips on how to use the system more efficiently. Thanks!
