The technician who came to service and repair our HRV unit, Anil Deo, was excellent. He was professional, courteous and explained the work that needed to be done. Anil even let us know that we had a rat/mice issue in the attic and took photos to show us this. As a result, we got onto Pest Services who treated the problem in a timely manner, which might have been delayed otherwise and magnified the issue. We will definitely be recommending Anil Deo for future service jobs at our place. Thank you very much, Anil and HRV! Please keep it up!

We are using HRV for a year now can say you can just feel the difference with the air you breath. We wanted to change the filters and had a pleasant experience recently.

Leo visited our house and explained us very nicely about HRV and all the questions we had about the system. He was very clean, fast and professional with work and completed his job in less than 20 mins. I highly recommend HRV and the seamless services here in South Auckland.

Had the HRV filters replaced today. Paul showed up on time and friendly. Not only were the filters replaced in record time, he also took the time to explain and show me how the key pad functionality works. WOW super impressed. Highly recommended.
