I've been residing at 438 Queen St, Queens Square since 2021 and enjoy the space I have occupied. I have been fortunate enough to have Property Managers who have diligently ensured that my needs are met and provided a friendly professional service. I must give credit to Marcia the administrator based on Queen Street, she is nothing but short of amazing, her friendly, helpful nature is so welcoming, it brings a smile to your face. She should get a pay rise
I was offered a great place to rent. Gilbert (specially) has been of great help. Good and prompt communication with him ensured that my move out from the apartment was smooth. Bond returned on time.
I planned to take time off work and drove 40 minutes to attend an apartment viewing in the CBD with agent Ritika Saini. She did not attend the viewing and gave 0 notice at all to myself and others who were there to view the property. She did not pick up any calls as well. It's been a few days now - herself and the company have still not reached out to apologise or acknowledge the situation.
Avoid going through Ritika whatsoever! Unfortunately, it seems like a lack of professionalism is a common theme for this company and some of their agents.
Mitchell was really good to deal with after a shaky start with Neel. He was very professional in his job and impression are lucky to have him.
I planned to take time off work just to attend an apartment viewing with Ritika Saini. Horrible service I must say I do understand agents have so many work loads but at least when some people calls u to do inquiries please you should know how to answer a call. Nobody wants to hear that rudeness when u just ask about viewing time. She didn’t even bother to text me back to let me know about viewing and when I called on Wednesday she was like she didn’t knew the viewing time but she knew it was going to happen on Thursday and I wanted to meet her personally so that i can ask her viewing time on Thursday I went to impression on Thursday and the reception lady told me she went for viewing ️️️ how would you feel when u have taken day off from work just to view property and agents turned up like that.
While I was talking with reception lady she came there. The first thing which really annoyed me was her lie gosh she was like I did text you yesterday ️️if she did texted me then why would i bother to go to office! And other thing she is not trying to understand my point of view when I am saying I want to do viewing in same apartment bụt different room where currently I’m living she was like that apartment room is small blah blah gosh I know how big /small is room of that apartment as I am currently living in that same apartment. When I am telling her I wanna see room in same apartment which is in Nelson Street but she started telling we have room available in union st ️️️.
The room that I am living in I got it from Impression itself that time Meet Gandhia was my agent I must say no matter whatever email phone-call text msg you do he always used to be available. Now Karan is my property manager he is fabulous! But I never ever met agent like Ritika.
And lastly, I would like to say to Ritika that I know mistake happens but try to avoid that mistake and learn from it rather than giving justification when you know that was your fault. As well as please try to be little bịt professional as I felt she’s lacking professionalism and the field that she is working in that to be professional is the must. And lastly I know my review can make her upset but I just expressed what I felt and what I experienced.
But for thát reception lady I would like to give hershe was incredibly amazing and helpful.
Terrible customer service from Ritika Saini. After booking in to view an apartment and driving two hours to see it, the agent was a no show. I called and they said it had been cancelled. They made no attempt to try and reschedule a viewing that would suit us and our travel plans.
Thanks to their professional team and especially RITIKA, we found our house. Ritika was completely friendly and honestly she helped us to do the process of renting our house in Waterloo. Completely supportive and accessible.thanks a lot.
So impress with Vikram viewing processes and how he handle everything. He is so friendly and welcoming. He gives clear instructions to follow. This is so satisfying. Thank you.much appreciated.

They told me my application was declined because i couldn’t provide more. This is discrimination as I told them I was making over 2k a week and provided a payslip to prove this. They did not request further information from me and declined my application.
Sheryl is an excellent property manager for my apartment - I have had a lease with Impression for over a year now and Sheryl is always quick to respond and resolve any issues. Having a great property manager really makes all the difference and I was happy to extend my lease knowing she would continue to manage the unit.
We had a really good experience with Impression real estate during property investment and the property manager, Meet, was incredibly helpful and professional. He answered all our questions thoroughly and was always ready to offer his help and advice. If there were any issues with the property, Meet lead us through a maintenance process and always explained the situation at different stages. He really knows what he does!
Dodgy agency exploiting foreigners. Lied about damage despite sending photos when we moved in. They also pay for fake reviews! Dont be fooled.
Awful to deal with in every aspect. Very frustrating however staff may not be fully trained or experienced.

Meet gadhia was extremely professional and got us a property very quickly. I would recommend him personally if you are looking for a house etc. 5 stars for him as he knows his ins and outs of any house and also offered great rent.
Impressions Real Estate - Auckland, specifically Sophie Weaver, made every process a breeze with each move I did with them. When I wanted to upgrade to a larger apartment in my building, the shift was seamless and quick! When I decided to move to a new building, the response was quick, professional and helpful.
