Reception lady was very lovely and helpful. Only downfall is the parking when need to pick up keys or wanting info is the issue hence the 4* review but that's expected since it's in the Auckland CBD. So plan beforehand of where to park (when travelling by own vehicle) before visiting or etc.

I don’t know much about the company but the two managers I have had over the past few years have been excellent. The present on who goes by the name Q is an asset to the company and deserves a raise.

My experience with the properties manager was very disappointing. She never explain but just send an email to request fees. We were always supriesed and had to contact to ask about the details. The lady in the office was very friendly but in the end we had to deal everything with the properties manager. Overall, very bad experience.

Renting for 2 and half years from Impression and has no issues at all. My rent still the same, tenancy manager always responsive, they fix my blinders and lights in lounge room. Office people down to earth. The guy who do inspection polite and professional. Strongly recommended it.

Q Bistamin from the Impression is amazing! She is not just working hard manager but the BEST property manager I have ever met since I lived in city for ages.
She responds quickly whatever we request any time and any day. If the property has any problem, she contacts the landloard immidietely and fix things for us. Also, I was blown by her warm heart when we had lockdown. She took into my situation seriously. She talked to my landloard on my behalf. We are really lucky to have her as a property manager! Best manager in town!

I have recently moved in a new apartment with assistance of Meet, he has been really helpful setting up all the things and was professional. Marcia the receptionist is a really lovely person and helped me out to take my payments.

Not so great in communication. Have just missed a viewing due to no reply from him. Didn't pickup phone as well when I tried to call. Seems too busy people. I had traveled from far west and now have to go back.

I am changing my review after it seems they redeemed themselves. The General manager called themselves and refunded carpet cleaning part of the money back. As a dirty carpet is what I got when I moved. He was very courteous and prompt.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. They give you a dirty apartment when you move in and when you leave because for the dirty apartment they will charge you cleaning fees. They blame the carpet marks on you but they were there before you moved in. It's a big money extraction scheme. What a scam. When I moved there was mould in fridge and vacuum was so dirty when you turned it on it was smelly, when I nicely asked for a new one the property manager asked me to clean it myself. Now they have charged me for rent while I have officially left the apartment last week. I know they will probably refund it back but I am travelling and I need the money, it will probably take another 2 or 3 days for the money to come back.

Wish I could give zero stars. We had originally taken a contract for one year and after six months they said my contract is expiring and I’d have to renew it. They also increased my rent and deposit. After one year when I tried to vacate the apartment they told me I had one more month in the contract and I had to pay an extra months rent. After vacating they took a huge chunk of money from my deposit saying it was the cleaning bill. Apart from paying the heavy rent, the service they provide is subpar and will not fix any issues you have. If anyone is looking for an apartment I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere or even better I’d suggest going homeless rather than dealing with these people.

Best rental agency I've had in NZ. Every problem I had was sort out fast and there was no drama. I've had really bad experiences with my 2 previous agencies in auckland and was hopeless with this kind of service out there. Luckily I've found Impression.

Impression has a high level of professionalism and has met all of our demands. In particular, Miss Marcia Weaver, who provided us an excellent service, being very kind and spent attention to all our needs. She explained with all details the process to apply for our rent and She has never left our questions unanswered.

I do recommend Impression, in particular, for those customers who need a service performed by professional people. A word for Impression, trust!

Great experience here! At very short notice I was able to move into a new apartment over night. Meet in particular was very helpful, kind and thoughtful. Overall I thought he was outstanding to deal with and would highly recommend him to any future clients!

Excellent service from Meet helped at all times to rent. He waited for me after hours for the key.
Except internet service, it was offered free and does not work.

When you lands to a new country and starts looking for an apartment, people like Claire makes that process a bit easier for you. Everything was quicker than I expected and I was informed by her in every step of it, which was great. She was very diligent, attentive and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

Unprofessional property manager. Its been more than 45 days since we vacated the rented property after our agreement finished but still we are waiting on the bond return. Property manager does not clearly explain on the documents required to get the bond back.
