Sophie and Meet from Impression real estate help me to find my new studio apartment under my budget. They were really helpful. Sophie, is a very professional lady and highly dedicated towards her work. Thanks for such a being nice landlord and I highly recommend others if they are looking for apartment then they must contact Sophie because she is the best.

I would Highly recommend this agency to people they offer best offers along with the best customer experience. Special thanks to a young fella called meet, he’s pretty on to it. I think he deserves a appraisal for all the hard work he’s putting in to company’s growth. Great work team

This is a despicable company. I signed a rental agreement after viewing a property, which was fully furnished with tenants still there at the time. However, when I got the keys - and the previous tenants had left - it was clear the apartment had a severe bed bug infestation. If any post-move out inspection had taken place, they would have been knowingly renting an uninhabitable premises. There was blood on the mattresses and bed bug carcasses and eggs scattered around the bedrooms. The property manager did not respond promptly, and attempted to shift the blame to me - even though I had not been living in the apartment. Avoid doing business with this company at all cost, your health and wellbeing is not worth it.

Took a place on lease with Impression. Stayed there for 1 year. Ms. Sophie was the property manager, whatever issue came up was addressed and solved by her in a very professional manner. She was quite responsive and considerate. Had an issue with the bond at the last moment, but she solved it and I got my bond back. Would definitely recommend to go for Impression!

The agent misled me into losing 100+ dollars upon moving out by sending me an email using a generic template that doesn't contain any information specific to me. No one from management bothered to take 2 min to read my emails. The reception lady is the only person in the whole agency that you can communicate to. I have friends who don't hear back regarding their issues for months. Absolutely atrocious service which is certainly an eye opener. If you dare to provide any complaint they ask you to go to tenancy tribunal. It is a miracle how an agency like that can survive where you cannot conduct the most basic human communication. With exception to the reception lady, talking to anyone there is harder than talking to a bunch of cows.

Very slow to respond to queries from tenants; service was generally poor and any requests for repairs were ignore. Unreasonably picky about bond (eg.charging normal wear and tear out of the bond) ; unfortunately it's a big corporate outfit so taking them to tenancy tribunal would be a waste of time. They also went to some length to hide that the adjacent units were leased by Kainga Ora and took money from my bond to repair damage to the exterior apartment door caused by the KO tenants trying to force their way into all of the units in the building.

Also worth noting that they don't provide proper notice for inspections.

Would recommend avoiding this company if possible, especially any units in the CBD!

Honestly the worst agency ever!
I have left the lease on my apartment 3 weeks ago and they have still been taking money out of my bank account. This is not on!
They are really bad with communicating with their tenants as well.

Worst Real Estate I have ever encountered. Wish i could give them Zero start rating. This agency is a joke and should be Blacklisted. Bunch of agents sitting there just to steal your hard earn money. Meeth and this other agents are just there to show you the property and Anne will be the property manager, I found her very pushy and rude. Takes her own sweet time to reply to any of your email. Think twice before you sign the documents with them because you will be stuck and keep regrading. There are other professional agencies you should consider over this lairs.

All those 5 start reviews are fake (probably they bought those)

If you still choose to go ahead with them, please take my following advise: -

1) Ask them to do Pre-Inspection of the property in FRONT of you because the reports and property photos they email you are very old, probably taken when the property was new.

2) Keep in mind that they will do Through Inspection of the property after you leave and send you faults, damages and photos of each and every corner of the house which you didn't even though of, so MAKE sure the per-inspection is done In Front of you before you sign the contract.

3) On very first day, take as many photos of the property as you can (Specially the damage area and uncleaned area and email it to them the very first day). Trust me this will save you lot of money later.

4) On the day of property visit, DON'T forget to sit and feel the beds, they are very very old and the bed springs will hurt back so baddd.

I would never ever recommend this agency to anyone, even to my enemy.what a nightmare

Worst Real Estate agency ever. Don't waist your precious time and money on this agency. All are bunch of liars. False promises. They will forget about you after the contract is signed and the only time you will get to hear from them is if there is any delay in payment.

DON'T fall for the photos they use in their advertisement because the apartment they will show is something different.

MAKE SURE YOU TAKE LOTS OF PHOTOS OF THE PLACE ON DAY ONE AND SENT IT TO THEM WHILE TAKING TO HANDOVER OR ELSE WHILE LEAVING, THEY WILL ASK YOU TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES YOU NEVER DID.

DEFINITELY OVERPRICE

WORST WORST WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE.

DO NOT LET ANNE BE YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER! She literally is the worst agent that I've ever had. She will not reply to your email or phone calls until you ring her for the 1000000th time. She took over our property since the previous one left, and the previous agent was super professional, while this lady is a bunch of mess. It took her 3 weeks to reply a simple email, rarely checked the property, and when I reached out to the assistant manager, she blamed us back for not notifying them that we're moving out while THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHECK THE EMAIL OF US SAYING THAT WE'RE MOVING OUT. And finally when we got out of that hellholes, we got some other issues. First, they blamed us for breaking the wardrobe door but luckily my flatmate took a photo of the door before we moved in so we don't really know what's gonna happen because they DID NOT REPLY TO THAT EMAIL ANYMORE. Second, we waited weeks to get our bond return and still, with their same old schemes, IGNORING my flatmate's email until I have to follow up a week later on, and they said 'oh we're going to update the bond return by the end of the day'. JOKES ON US because THEY NEVER KEEP THEIR PROMISE. Should change your business name into "IGNORING EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS REAL ESTATES"

I had a best experience with Impression Real Estate Ltd. Initially when I moved, few stuffs was not in a good condition but it was fixed quickly and I appreciate the prompt response from you guys. Thank you so much Meet Gadhia for making my move smooth and also thanks to Karan for your help whenever needed.

Utterly incompetent. They were pretty good a few years back but have gone downhill big time. The property manager failed to document any of the contents of the property when the tenants moved in (former airbnb so it was fully furnished to a good standard and had great reviews). Over the course of 18 months the tenants damaged every piece of furniture, damaged the kitchen, damaged the walls, even managed to damage the ceilings. The property manager changed 3 times during that time and the last one suggested I reduce rent by 30% because the property was in poor condition? !? ! I assume she also told the tenants the contents weren't documented because they stole the tv, toaster, kettle, iron and everything from the kitchen when they departed. Property manager claimed damage like cigarette holes in a 2 year old bed was wear and tear and there was nothing she could do about missing items.

The most incompetent real estate company I have ever dealt with. Made an appointment to view an apartment in town with their representative Meet Gadhia only to cancel at the last minute as soon as I parked outside the building. Upon calling him to investigate his excuse was that he couldn't get the keys to show me. Any professional agent would check that the keys are available before confirming the meeting.

I talked to the building manager and asked if they could show me the apartment. They said that he could however they would need approval from the real estate representative. I called Gadhia to get permission and rudely refused after making me drive 45mins stuck in traffic across town to meet him and paid parking only to be told meeting canceled as I enter the building.

Strongly suggest not to waste your time dealing with this unprofessional organization and would also suggest to Impression Real estate that the only impression they leave behind is that of incompetence and unprofessionalism. I suggest getting rid of your incompetent staff or training them better.
