Super professional and fast service. Very friendly team. They're a busy center so there is a bit of a wait, but once the car was with them it was a quick turn around.

Chose Msin Autocentre as ithey are an Tower Insurance repairer and close by.they are a busy repair business, so it took six weeks to get a booking, but they were prompt I. Bolkong in a damage assesment. Really appreciated the clear communication and being kept upto date about the booking and repairs.
Was really happy to pick up my car and see that it had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. That was a real bonus.

Did a rust assessment (for compliance) 3-5 days ago there.all was done quickly and professionally with some extra fixing for free.

One of the worst repair centers out there. Was unfortunate enough to deal with them twice through my insurance and had trouble with both repairs. No communication, and are not professional at all. Always have to remind them what they need to do. They asked me to collect the car when it wasn't fixed and fixed it in front of me. Had to go back to them 4 times as they found a temporary fix and were not ready to fix it permanently. When escalated started blaming me for the fault. Repaired it again when realized they were being silly. I would not recommend anyone to visit these guys.

Booking was very efficient. Very impressed with communication both on the phone and in person. The panel work was completed in a timely manner and to a very pleasing standard. Thanks for the great work and easy service.

Driver side window has spray mist on the windows as they didn't check. Now looks like I will have to try to clean it off.

I took my car here after I had been in an accident, as directed by my insurance. The whole process was a breeze. They inspected it, arranged the parts, and were in communication when it took longer for the parts to arrive than expected. The loan car was great. They also were able to do a WOF and service which my car was due for, while they had it, which saved me some hassle. When it was fixed, they informed me promptly.

Took my car in as it had been hit and it was looked at by Jared who helpfully explained what needed to be done and the estimated time frame for this.

I was given a courtesy car while they were fixing mine and although there were slight delays in getting parts for my car, they kept me informed all the way through.
Catrina was especially kind and helpful in regards to keeping me updated!

They also gave me my car back groomed and sparkling on the outside too which I am so grateful for!
