I had a badly cracked front bumper and a significant dent on the boot lid on a used car I just bought. Rob was great and gave an accurate estimate outlining my options as my job was not insurance. I ended up going with a repair of the bumper rather than a full replacement and the work done was exceeded my expectations - Rob and the team even adjusted the front lip slightly to avoid a lot of the scrapes that would have caused the damage in the first place and it really worked car almost never scrapes on low clearance. Would come back for sure

Have used these guys twice in the past and they do immaculate mechanical work. Fixed up my entire back bumper in a timely manner and was upfront about loan car conditions. Owner is a hard working honest guy and as a woman who has limited knowledge about cars, this is a huge plus. I collected my car, and it was totally spotless inside as well - a pleasant surprise!

My insurance company was not able to provide me a vehicle although i was entitled to one under my cover. I called Main Autocentre Car Repairs Panel Beater about my insurance company not being able to assist me with a vehicle and asked to take my car back and replacing the tyre (as the damages made to my vehicle was panel work) and I would drop it off when they start repairs. Although they didnt need to offer me a vehicle (until they start repairs) they kindly offer to give me a loan vehicle for 12 days. They definitely went over and beyond to assist me when this wasn't their problem to sort especially Alf from the Panel and Beater side. Thanks team.

Very professional and friendly team, especially Rob. As soon as I entered there I was attended straight away. Very good customer service and very quick service. Got a replacement vehicle aswell. I had damage in two different parts and was fixed in 3 days. Highly recommended.

The original damage to my car was actually quite bad, however the team at Autocentre were honest and great with communication throughout the entire process. Just moved to Ellerslie and was looking for a mechanic for my long list of WOF repairs. Rob and his team were very patient and thorough with their inspection, showing me where the problems where, and emailing pictures of the work they had done. Very honest! I wasn't expecting this much attention and care, and the final bill was below estimation. Rob checked in to make sure my secondary WOF re-check had gone smoothly. The best service I've experienced with mechanical repairs and will definitely recommend to friends.

Literally the BEST service. The staff are so friendly and they do their best to repair it as cheap as possible for you. I went to a few placed to get quotes and Main Auto came back the most affordable by a country mile (really appreciate not being ripped off as a young woman who doesn't know much about cars) Would go back to them in a heart beat. Definitely the best in Auckland.

Super awesome service. Had a scrape on my car and contacted them for a quote, they told me to bring it in and polished it out for free no hassle. Other places quoted me upwards of $1,000 so happy I didn't even spend a cent!

I recently had my car repainted through insurance at Main Autocentre. The customer service was excellent, the repair was excellent. Highly recommend anyone requiring panel and paint to take there car to them!

I really can't speak highly enough of the service I have received here (twice now)! The staff are exceptionally friendly, prompt, eager to help, practical, and I haven't found a better rate for such high quality work anywhere. Nothing is too difficult; they make everything as easy as possible. Down to earth, knowledgeable, skilled and an extremely reasonable rate - what more can you ask for? 10/10, will definitely come back here again if I require work in future!
