Quick service to fix my back bumper dent and amazing service from Catrina and the team! Also provided a loan vehicle which was super helpful but didn't end up using it for long as they repaired my bumper so fast! Highly recommend!

Main Auto were prompt and efficient in fixing my car. More importantly they were supportive and helpful when someone drove into the side of my courtesy car when I was returning it. They came out and checked on me, managed the other drivers details, and then drove me to pick up my car. I am impressed and grateful. They also offered to deliver my car to my home if I didn't feel ready to drive. Then later in the day they phoned to see how I was! Thanks to you all.

Had a great experience! Called up Saturday morning, dropped the car off an hour later, picked it up at midday. Went above and beyond, the areas that were repaired look great and after discussing maintenance tips, they recommended a headlight cleaning, and did it within 5mins for a reasonable price

I had a badly cracked front bumper and a significant dent on the boot lid on a car I just bought. Rob was great and gave an accurate estimate outlining my options as my job was not insurance. I ended up going with a repair of the bumper rather than a full replacement and the work done was exceeded my expectations - Rob and the team even adjusted the front lip slightly to avoid a lot of the scrapes that would have caused the damage in the first place and it really worked car almost never scrapes on low clearance. Would come back for sure

My family have used Main Autocentre a number of times over the last 15 years and its always a consistent quality and friendly experience from start to finish. There latest job they did for me was replacing and painting the damaged bumper on my SUV (thank you daughter!). Dropped it in Monday morning back Tuesday pm, plus my car had a full valet inside and out. That came complete with a free courtesy car while mine was being fixed. Lots of panel shops promise what Main do but just don't deliver. All their staff from receptionist to foreman, panel beaters are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like a valued customer. A particular nice touch was when I took my car in for assessment their foreman (Jordan?) fixed a piece of door trim that was unrelated to my repair at no charge. That's called going the extra mile. I suppose that's why I've used them 15 years and recommended them to heaps of friends and family. Keep up the good work!

Our car was hit while parked up and had some damage, this was covered by insurance. After hearing good things about Main Auto Center we went with them, our car is not a common model, but they sourced the parts for replacement promptly. The job they done was excellent and far exceeded our expectations, it came back looking a lot newer than went in, outside, inside, the tyres were even cleaned! The turnaround time was excellent. So professional very helpful. Highly recommend. I needed urgent service to fix a problem and they were able to fit me in the next day and provided a loan car as i was under stress as father was in critical care. Forever grateful.

First of all, the work done on my car door was perfect. The inside of my car was cleaned with no dust. The worker used a plastic sheet on the driver's seat. And Catrina the receptionist was smiling all the time and well spoken and very friendly: that's what I call customer service. For panel beating work: I would highly recommend Main Autocentre. This is the second time we are using that company.

I got my car repaired here. They do a really good job as my car looks just as good as new. They also do a really good deal with car loans as well when the car is being repaired. Rob really cares about your situation and he’s really nice and kind. Will be back for my wof and servicing next time, no doubt.

My daughter, her car and a post had a disagreement and the car needed a new wing mirror. The team at Main organised a replacement mirror, sprayed it to match the colour of the car, fitted it and all for a great price and in a timely manor. Would recommend.

Failed the WOF because of the rusty chassis & boots. Got a quote from these guys, so I dropped off my car to them and they did an excellent job! Reasonably priced and the result exceeds my expectation. They are nice and friendly, patiently explaining what happen to the car and how to fix it. Without doubt will be back for WOF & servicing next time!

Main AutoCentre fixed dents & scratches on my car doors & windows. Competitive pricing but i chose them because their website was very informative, their customer service was friendly and helpful and they were patient while i sorted out insurance stuff. They gave me a loan car to drive and also cleaned my car which was a bonus. They are very popular so they are busy too. I waited longer than anticipated but stil give them 5 stars!
