Wrong price displayed? No problem, the staffs will remove it right in front of you and blame other customers for moving tags around (even though it’s a knot sticker and been there for literally weeks), then when discussing it, just pretend it never happened. Did I hear misleading and illegal? Indeed…. Very very very disappointing

Very very bad experience had an encounter with couple of staff members. I did speak to the manager advising what had happen seems like he didn't wanted to know. He promised that he will call back to look into this he never did. I will advised all my trades people to go to Bunnings from now on.

I bought makita drill set this June but hammer drill made problems like easy heating, heavy sparking, stop and smoking. I wanted to refund it but they said that It have to send it to makita to know if it has problems. After 2 weeks, It returned with reparing. I was so angry because I don't want to repair it. The manager told me that he will contact to makita for refund and text me back for result. He did not any reply for 2 weeks. Finally, I went to this shop and took it but they told me that it make problems again it can be refund. So today Happened again. I attached a picture making stop and smoking. It is same problem with last one. Please don't make angry anymore. What you gonna do?

Friendly and helpful staff, and very knowledgeable about their products. Great selection. Lots of parking and near other businesses, very convenient.

I went in to get a piece of plywood knowing that if it didn't fit in my car I would get it cut as per the services portion of the web site, it didn't fit in the car but when i approached a staff member to get it cut he says "oh no we don't do that anymore I've been here for two months and we haven't done it in that time". But it's still advertised as a service on their web site!

A man named Phill at your branch went above and beyond to sort me out with something that I needed urgently during level 3, as I was working for a small company without a trade account Phill assured I could still get my hands on what I needed instantly. I tried placemakers first and they were no help, big thankyou to Phill

It was a big and busy place. However, every was easy to find. When I asked for assistance, the staff were more than willing to help. Checkout was quick and efficient.

Recently did a drive through click and collect, the staff were great, my apologies for the fright my dog gave you.

Helpful staff that recommended a great product - AquaMAX smokey charcoal to paint the garden fence. Two coats and my friends thought i had a new fence!

Still waiting on an online order to be completed. Order wasn't right when we arrived and had to wait while it was corrected. Was asked to go back to the store and that stock would be waiting only to be told after waiting half an hour that they had no stock. Was given a number that no one ever picked up and eventually I called the store and they said they would process a refund which I'm still waiting for.

Fast click and collect.next day. Not the six days I had to wait for Bunnings to get the wrong parts

Haven't recieved my items did click and collect for Sunday 1.30pm. Still waiting as of Monday. They don't answer phone or emails.
