The service here is always outstanding! Friendly and helpful staff! There's a cafe too should you wish to have a coffee whilst you shop. I recommend this store & a stand out lady called Sharlin always leaves my shopping experience all the better for interacting with her, total asset!
Great place, and helpful staff. If you can not find what you are looking for - just ask. Staff know where everything is in the store that you might be looking for.
Purchased a HPM skirt for a lamp holder - charged 4.98. I thought that was pricey.checked with Bunnings and the exact make nad item was 2.44. Under half the price. Only a few dollars but I found Bunnings is much cheaper then Mitre 10 for just about every thing. Rang up the store but telephone person was not interested.
Big shop, good number of staff who are always cheerful and keen to help. Prices always competitive, good range. Lots of parking, though Lunn Ave can be a bit tricky turning right onto (suggest left, then right at the McDonalds traffic lights and a U-turn off Lunn Ave).

Staff should be more clued up on finding a price quickly. Especially since the item wasn't individually priced by them.

Neighborhood hardware shop you will find one near you anyway. Take airpoints and nothing to shout about.
I am every day at mitre 10 lunn ave. But from today on never again 19/11/18.
Whole staff in there are so nice helpfull never had a problem.as i am going there everyday plus near my place.but to day i really dont wanna talk long about this islander manager at wook section was so lazy and so rude just because of him none of my staff & i will go there again.
Good range of products. It's Christmas time but no real good specials on which was disappointing but prices are still not bad.
