Montrose Cafe, Bistro and Bar

Food was good but there was such tiny portions. When you're paying twice what you'd expect for a plate, you expect more. Wait staff was asleep on the job but the bar staff were good. Went with a coupon from grab one and they refused to let it be used unless two people came (40$ voucher). Will not come back and will suggest friends avoid it.

Its dinky little place, the food is ok but basic which is fine for some but may be a tad on the expensive side. The service is too slow.

This is the place where makes Mairangi bay brilliant.

I likes coffee and finger foods here.

Straight up the sickest place out, food is always fresh and succulent. The waiters are very good (much better then paper moon) or as I call it sh**ty moon, also the seats are comfortable like a warm bosom I'd give my first born son for the food

Yummy food and great service. Have been there several times over the past couple of years and consistently very good.

Coffee and cakes are ok. Not outstanding. And average age is 50-60 years old. Not really my cup of tea.

We had a great meal in a wonderful atmosphere.
I got the roasted duck with the recommended Pinot noir, it was delicious.

Really nice food and cafe, the cute brown hair waiter 5” tall is really nice. I’d have a piece of him every day! Best service I’ve ever had
