Helpful and friendly staff and good prices. It was very efficient and they updated me on what needed to be done and told me the expected price before they started which was helpful. I had a very good experience at pit stop.

Pitstop Glen Innes offers the best service with great prices. Paul and Charlie helped get my car sorted. Understandably their garage was choca but they still managed to get my car in for a WOF (and the initial repairs) at the last minute. The fact that they have Afterpay is great too. Appreciate their help so much, keep up the great work!

Staff was very rude and unfriendly when I visited the shop to ask my car problems. Even he didn't want to listen to what I want asking. He just said we are busy busy busy. I never ever had this kind of experience at the mechanic.
