Car failed a warrant from VTNZ due to low brake pads. After dropping it off at Pit Stop, the team called and quoted before doing the work. Additionally (and without my asking), they took the car over to VTNZ to complete the WOF process.

The team are friendly and efficient. As someone who knows next to nothing about cars they make everything so easy! I'll come to this Pit Stop as long as I live in Auckland

Came in for a front left CV joint boot and not only was it done on the same days it was cheaper than I expected it to be by a long shot. Got the team to top up my oil while I was there and it was much appreciated. Called me before going ahead with the work to ensure I was happy with the price.

Came 20 minutes before they officially opened and they still moved another car to allow me to drop off my wife's and fill out the paperwork. Called when they found out the shock absorber prices for confirmation and completed by lunchtime to allow my wife to pickup. Efficient.

Really helpful guy on the front desk - I had just taken a WOF certificate in to these guys and asked for a quote - they were very helpful and explained some of the proposed work, and rang a local parts supplier and gave me details of where to go. Thanks guys

One of the friendliest and honest mechanics I've been to. They were very helpful sorting out the minor bulb issues for my WOF quickly, and even got it re-tested for me. Will certainly come back to these guys for other jobs.

Awesome service from Paul and the team. They always keep me well-informed whenever repairs to my old dung heap of a car are starting to get a bit pricey. Took my car back for a follow up after a recent repair and they checked it out, fixed it up - for no cost. Above and beyond in my opinion - would definitely recommend these guys.
