Charlie explained me what’s actually wrong with my car breaks and recommended a good solution, also offered me a 2 years warranty option for bit more money.

I had my car serviced and a WOF today at Pit Stop Glen Innes. They are always super friendly to deal with. They communicate well and keep me informed with anything they find that needs doing. Thanks for going the extra mile to be there early for a drop off and late for a pick up. Thanks also for explaining all the things you did so I understand. Cheers Paul and the Pit Stop GI team!

Absolutely amazing workshop with an experienced staff. They managed to fix the issue the other mechanics didn't even want to hear about! Absolutely brilliant welding job done recently to one of our truck. Their manager Paul is a very experienced and friendly person so highly recommended to deal with!

Charlie did a sweet job fixing a bent exhaust pipe and gave some great advice to enable an upgrade without breaking the bank

Charlie and Hayden were amazingly helpful today! After taking my car to two other garages and having no joy, they were able to tell me what the strange noise my car was making within 20 minutes. In 17 years of taking our cars to Paul & his team we can't fault them. The staff are consistently friendly, accomodating & professional & they work hard to do a great job. Personally I really appreciate how they ring & give me options (especially if it's going to be pricey!) & find work arounds to what could have been expensive repairs. There's a reason they are so busy - they're good at what they do.

I sent my partner in to get a service done on our family car, Paul and the Team helped her out without any problems, very fast and friendly service while she waited. They had no problem dealing with our late model car. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
