After reading 5 star reviews from female customers, I decided to take my car to Pitstop Glen Innes for a well overdue service. I requested an Intensive Service. Paul called me to say the Service had been done. He said the front brakes and air filter needed replacing and gave me the cost for everything and asked if they should go ahead with the job. I liked his straight up no nonsense attitude which shows respect and pride in his work and respect for his customers. Exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Paul provided excellent service not only fixing our shock absorber but by also taking the car to the VTNZ up the road to get it re-WOFed. We were really tight on time so this was extremely helpful, and an unexpected surprise when we picked up the car. Thank you Paul)

Couldn't be more satisfied with the way the complete service was carried out and the more than I have had to do with my car having been off the road for 12 months due to a blackout while driving the vehicle needed to be covered in so many areas and now I feel confident that I will be safe with the way it has been serviced by a company that has been my first priority for me in the past and will be in the future I have always been looked after with no problems

Friendly and Efficient. Well priced for a vehicle service. Previously these guys very kindly dropped what they were doing to help replace a bulb for a broken tail light that had failed it's WOF. They really helped me out then which is why I returned to have my car serviced here.

Paul and his team our just outstanding. I come annually for a full service and have also bought my family cars also come here. I will go nowhere else. Not often do you get drive away feeling so good about spending money on a car. I always feel a great job has been for good value and was delighted to have my car vacuumed and tires have a shine added. So impressed.

I had a minor sound on my front left wheel and decided to send my car in for inspection. They found a tiny rock stuck in between the wheel and took my car out for test drive to find that there is nothing wrong with my car. They let me go without charging anything. Thanks for being so kind:)

Had a broken window regulator and was quoted cheaper compared to another local mechanic that I previously used.

I was driving for quite a while on SH1 this afternoon when I started hearing an off and on dragging sound. I pulled over closer to home and realized the splash shield on the underside of my car had come loose. I drove to the closest mechanic I could think of though I’d never actually had my car worked on at this Pit Stop. The mechanic took my car right in, and in 15 minutes, he’d reattached the splash shield. Then he said that because he saw I was a Pit Stop customer (at another garage) he said it was free of charge. After dreading an unexpected long afternoon waiting for my car and who knows how big a bill, it was so lovely to have quick attention and not be charged! A big thank you for the lovely gesture—very grateful and will be back.
