Luke was prompt, efficient and friendly. Very informative re the existing issue and potential future problems.

During a senseless act of vandalism at our school an outdoor tap was snapped off and we had to turn the water mains off until we could get someone out to repair it. We needed to get it repaired that day, which was a Sunday, or we could not open the school on Monday! The Plumbquick staff were amazing and we had a service man at the school within a few hours. He was amazing and fixed the damaged connection in no time and then checked that all was working. We will use Plumbquick again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Every time I have needed assistance plumbquick have always been available. I have had an old gas hot water cylinder for years which was able to be fixed once with the advice to save for a new one. It finally died last week, someone came to look and gave a quote, new one installed the very next day. Thank you for the wonderful service as usual.

I have been using Plumbquick for many years for 2 properties and always request Nathan for the jobs. The most recent job was the replacement of a kitchen tap in a rental. As usual he was on time and efficient. He is very knowledgeable of product options that are cost effective and practical. He is reliable and leaves the site tidy and clean. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Luke arrived promptly with a part for our toilet flush problem. He installed the part and let us know exactly what was happening. I will definitely use again.

I had been told by a previous plumber that our leaky cistern could not be repaired and I had adjusted reluctantly to the idea that the whole toilet would need replacement. But Luke from Plumbquick proved that to be nonsense. He impressed me as fast thinking and fast working. Very impressed and he is coming back to do another job, for which he was very helpful with the information needed to make a decision.

Maybe the plumbers are good but I don't have chance to try out as the receptionist is as rude as she can be and as ignorant as she can be. A Funny thing is she answers two different companies' 0800 and 0508 lines. Oh man, surely won't call these two numbers again.

We are delighted to be able to say that we have recently had Kyle McTague, from the Rosedale Branch in Auckland, complete work for us. His professional and friendly service, valued experience, and excellent workmanship has been absolutely fantastic! Kyle was always incredibly responsive, communicates well and explained things to us so we were able to understand what was planned, and offered helpful suggestions on how best to achieve the outcomes we required. We would highly recommend Kyle for any job and have no hesitation in using him again in the future. Excellent overall experience.

Nathan and Ben changed my water heater from an inside one to an outside one. Both were very easy to talk too, very helpful. They did a fantastic job. The job was done to a high standard and everything was left neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend them.

Called Plumbquick yesterday, appointment for today (morning) duly had plumber advise I'll be there in 30 mins -he was! While called for a tap issue we had him do a quick a toilet fault examined it -advised (correctly loo was old and tired and well worn) suggested replacement. Head Office came back smartly with a quote and the plumber Steven Auburn duly picked up a new loo and promptly installed it. Excellent tradesman and good people skills to! I found reception at Head Office Kayla was similarly skilled, a welcome change from many companies front line staff. The price was competitive as well.
Would have no trouble having them back or referring them to others! Well done team!
