Highly recommend this company.i have refused from other company due to bad working condition (extreamly narrow access, very tricky job). But this company finished their job really fast and perfactly.i really appreciated Luke who came to my shop to fix sink.this guy was very polite, friendly and never said any bad word even he was really struggling.

Nathan Bowey was expert in correcting a long standing problem with our shower. Also 2 popup wastes were repaired quickly and efficiently. A very satisfying result.

Cost competitive and quick to quote, friendly service, very quick to come around for the installation, and the installation itself was done in an extremely efficient manner (Luke and Sione). The guy who came around for the free on-site quotation (Sean) also gave me a useful tip on hot water cylinder maintenance. No complaints whatsoever - these guys do a great job and would absolutely use them again if something were to come up.

Has water pipe burst, called them and advised the plumber will be here in 1 hour but over 1.5 hours no one turned up. So disappointed.

I asked them to quote me first for pipe leak repair and a kitchen tap installation. Without quotation first, they assigned three plumbers respectively to install tap, detect leak and repair on different days. After all finished, they emailed me the invoice at $210.45 for tap installation (The tap is supplied by myself), $172.50 for leak detection, $632.50 for leak repair. The price was much higher than expected. I had no choice but paid to them in full. Not recommend!

Nathan was prompt, polite and professional. He did a fine job of replacing two aging gas bottle hoses (one had a confirmed leak). Highly recommended.

I really appreciated Jeff repairing our toilet leak. He was prompt and left the place very tidy after having to cut a hole in the wall to get access to the cistern.

Plumbquick incorrectly fixed tap in January. Water leaked internally in wall which was invisible until we noticed water in basement. Just over 3 1/2 months later called them back to determine leak and said that the guarantee is for only 3 months. So have charged us to fixed the tap twice and we now have staining and paint bubbling on walls.

Mike was at at home within an hour of our call, the quickest service ever. He followed up the next day as promised with a new cylinder, installed it and we had hot water again within 3hrs. We had 3 different quotes and Plumb Quick was the best value. There service was so good, I wanted to leave him a tip but will drop off a gift next time I’m in their area. You guys were the best. Thank you.
