Very expensive, slow and billing was all wrong.they did works without consultation. At $100.00 per hour they are $20.00 per hour over most plumbers. I would strongly recommend NOT having anything to do with these cowboys in a slick well advertised facade

After calling several people during a serious flooding issue PlumbQuick were the first to reply. And the plumber arrived within half the time estimated, listened to our problem and provided a quick solution.
I'll be calling them again if I have a flood late at night in a storm.

Unfortunately after ringing at 8.00am on a Friday morning with a flooded kitchen I was told at 3pm Friday afternoon that they couldn't come and see me. Of course I could pay an afterhours fee and they would try and get someone to me! 7hrs it took to decide they couldn't come and see me. Just making sure that I was caught in a hopeless situation and therefore get more money out of me for an after hours service.

If you’re in Auckland and need a plumber, I’d suggest thinking twice before using this crowd.

It’s sad that a hand full of tradies drag down the perception of the industry just like the guy who turned up at my place today

My wife and boys were terrified with his actions and attitude, he helped himself through our laundry, grabbed 10 towels and used them to clean up the mess he made putting his dirty boots across the towels.disgusting!

We called for a repair to a leak from an overflow pressure valve (we had perfect hot water). After the poor service when I returned home there was no hot water and called them again, he then came back and said he needed to replace the thermostat and wants to charge me for that too. There was no issues with the thermostat prior to him touching it.

Excellent service. Peter was very friendly, provided great advice and repaired our leaks with high quality work. We will definitely use PlumbQuick again and I highly recommend their professional service. Thank you Peter.

There was no communication with the office and myself about when/if Nathan would be available so I was surprised when he called to say he was on the way. Nathan is always friendly, and he explains what he's doing so I can understand. He did a great job and I'm really happy with his service. He went above and beyond to assist with what we could do in the future to prevent further plumbing problems. Big tick for Nathan, thumbs down for the office communication
