Called them to change the pipe and spray head for a kitchen tab， at first show up did not have right parts， then waited 3 weeks for them to get parts， i thoght it may need some time for the postage.after the long wait， he came onsite without a reminder call， and finished the job in half hour.but when i got the invocie， other than the first call out fee， there was also a 1.5hour of professonal labour cost， counts up to $165 plus gst， they explained that including the time for picking up the parts.fortunately， my job only have three parts to be changed.but take a example， if a job would have 10 parts to pick up， from different supplier， how much would the professional labour cost would be.why not chose to get the parts posted，as most of the tradis do？

One of my boy nicked a water pipe drilling through some framing to run a new power feed to the switchboard, to discover a thin-walled copper water pipe running across the top of the switchboard. Live switchboard immediately drenched and our work stopped until water off, pipe repaired and water damage fixed.
We called a dozen emergency plumbers but should have just called plumbquick first - they had their man over to site within 2 hours, repaired the pipe and we finished our job only an hour later than planned.
It could have been a disaster but PlumbQuick pulled us out of the fire and the invoice was extremely reasonable. Full marks

Call them to install tub. Suppose to call me 30min but turned up with call. Then the plumber couldn't get to the ceiling to turnoff the main value. Apparently they don't carry and you have to provide one so he left without completing the job. Then I got $147.20 invoice to pay. So unless you are prepared with all the tools that your plumber needs I won't bother with them. There is nothing QUICK about these Plumbers!

Absolutely appalling service! Called on Wednesday to get a plumber in for a blocked toilet. Arranged for Thursday afternoon and was told I would get a call 30 minutes before arrival. The call never came and they never showed up. In addition, there wasn't even a confirmation email or text. Then called this morning (Friday) and then got told the call was cancelled (obviously I wasn't notified of this before) and that they're fully booked for today but can pop over the weekend for an additional $60. Pathetic! If this is what your customer service is like, I shudder to think about your work standard! Do better!

Nathan was absolutely great! Fast, efficient service. We needed a new gas stove connected and are very glad we used Plumb Quick. I would recommend them to anyone that are looking for fast, friendly and efficient service!

He came to fix the shower at my home. Even though he don't find a permanent fix for it, I was shocked to see that he was using my shower towel as floor mat during work. He was using it without my consent. That's very unprofessional.

I called for an urgent repair to water tank today. I clearly explained the situation over the phone. As I am a tradesman myself I was very clear in the requirements. The boy turned up without the right equipment to do the repairs and when I queried his approach pertaining to letting 20000 litres of water run out he said he didnt know how to stop it and didnt know what to do. This is the second and last time I will use plumbquick. It seems their operation seems to like double dipping on extra tradesman and callout. I got charged 90 for nothing today.

Disgusting service.

The guy name Thomas was completely unprofessional.

* Was rude.
* Broke the lid of the pipe.
* Falsely accused us on making illegal alterations on the system.
* Overcharge us for inspection of a simple problem.
* Didn't fix the problem.

Plumb Quick were easy to get hold of and make a booking, even late on a Sunday afternoon. Nathan Bowey got in touch ahead of time, arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He knew straight away what needed to be done, explained the problem and the solution, then got to work and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Peter Howard is the man. Friendly, knowledgable and gets right into it. Would highly recommend if all the other plumbers are as good as him! Price is definately fair value for the service.

Shocked by how poor the service and attitude is. Guy said his name is Bob, don't know if he was lying or not. But he had the worst attitude I have seen in years. He was very rude. Overpaid us. Would not recommend this place.

Called on emergency service at 10: 00 pm. They came very quickly to fix the problem. Glenn is very experienced and fixed the problem fast. The service fees was bit expensive tho.thx

We had a simple pinhole leak under the house. Michael was quick and efficient, very happy with the job.

Booked in a job and rang in the morning to confirm someone would be coming out. They confirmed everything was on track. No one turned up and I rang again to find out that they couldn't attend to my job. They couldn't be bothered to ring me a let me know this. This led to all other trades having to be pushed out and led to additional costs replanning and scheduling other trades. Really pathetic service with no comprehension that they provide a customer service.

I think these jokers nead to change there name to unreliable.
Called on Monday late morning to make a booking for Tuesday morning for Pukekohe then called Tuesday morning to conferm tgat tge plumber will be coming through and was told on Monday and Tuesday it was booked and a plumber would call me an hour before ariving fantastic i thought i was all sorted.

Got a call five minutes later to be told they dont do Pukekohe mmmmm grate thanks could of just told me that when i first called
