Never responding massage about property’s or if responding it’s after 2-3 weeks saying this property already rented

Very poor communication property manager, I emailed to enquire about a property and requested to view heard nothing, two weeks later I called of course no answer then I left voice message, no surprise ne text or call back.a week later I receive a generic email saying the property is not available anymore as current tenants decided to stay.
Property was in Torbay.

A horrible experience - Iris Yu is the most incompetent person I have ever dealt with. Her communication is terrible with no regard to keeping you looped in and it is incredibly frustrating trying to get basic information from her. I would stay well away from leaving your properties in her care - unless you want your tenants to take you to the tribunal. The fees that are charged for the amount of work and return is a joke - so are the "inspection" reports. The tenants found a way to contact us because the properties were in such bad shape and nothing was being done about it. Glad that we switched to a better property manager at another company - not had a single issue since.

Don’t rent from these people, its absolutely not worth it - lacking integrity and consistently disrespectful. Would give zero stars if I could

Ha Lee managed our property in Sunnynook for ten years.
She was good, thorough and very easy to work with. HaLee missed very little in her dealings with the tenant and made the ownership of a rental property much simpler than it would otherwise be. Great experience.

Nicole is one of the best property managers I have ever met. She is very nice and empathetic. She understood my situation and greatly helped me to solve my issues as soon as possible. For past 8 years, Rentex has been managing the property I have been renting out. I liaise with 3 different property managers from Rentex over this period of 8 years. All of them has been friendly, supportive and professional. Currently, Nicole is the our point of contact. She is very nice and helpful. She responds quickly and arrange someone to send over to fix any maintenance issues. I never had a problem dealing with Rentex people.

Nicole Romero is great. She is professional and always keeps us updated by email. She replies back quickly through emails and phone calls and does whatever she can to get any issues with maintenance solved. A couple of months ago she even knocked on our door to tell us that new tenants will be moving in soon, as we share a driveway with the house behind us.

Diane and the team at Rentex have been an absolute dream to work with. Our properties are always well looked after and issues taken care of expeditiously! Would highly recommend their services.

Diane is an amazing property manager.
Always contactable, replies to texts even on the weekends and gives good notice for house inspections when they need to be done.
When ever there is a issue, plumbing etc, she sorts it straight away.
I recommend her 100%
