I haven't know Diane long but from the first meeting as a potential (and now actual) rental manager what stood out was her professional, diligent approach to her work. I think Diane has found the secret to the 48 hour day (!) she responds to all texts and emails with lightening speed and has excellent communication skills. Diane is also personable and friendly, and I feel that she is committed to her work rather than simply getting the job done. As a renter I feel very happy to be dealing with Diane!
