Terrible company. Mostly immigrants with poor language skills and no knowledge of our culture. They miss appointments, falsely advertise, and only look after their own (Chinese). 3 times in a row was I misled and treated poorly. Avoid this company at all costs if you are serious about real estate.

Alert! Do not deal with Lucus Lin (property manager of rentex and his assistant Julia Hu, he and she will turn up to your house/home/property with a key and make an inspection at their own interest without an appointment (Walk straight into your house without a phone call). He is rude, disrespectful, I would describe him as a gangster who wears suits and ties) He has lied, cheat in more many instance (can not list them all, just be aware you are dealing with a wolf) Good Luck All.

Went to their offices to return the keys to the property we had rented through them. Overall good company to do business with and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Had regular inspections during the time we were in the property and they have a fixed pre inspection that they refer to and makes the inspection easier. Highly recommended for future business with the company.

Unprofessional, very rude, especially Lucas Lin from Rentex, anyone thinking of dealing with Rentex/Lucas, please think twice, I don't recommend them to anyone, also reading previous reviews, I can see that I'm not the only one, so stay away from Lucas Lin and Rentex

I recently changed my property management to Jackie Rentax and I am so pleased and appreciate her management skill and communication skill. Jackie and her management team has a very professional attitude and very caring attitude to client. Fast response! Good communication! I really appreciated this!
