Scarlett Slimms and Lucky

I came in this afternoon for some drinks with a friend. The waitress was great and provided a charger for my device as well which was amazing! The fishbowl I had ordered was great and the service was nice. A dope place to chill, catch up and vibe!

The service was wonderful, the food was tasty and the location was quite nice.
I'd recommend ordering the chicken burger w fries as well as their fish and chips. They were both delicious and well plated.

I would prefer it if their sliders were in wraps rather than firm little buns. But on the whole, I love it there.

Went there on a Tuesday night and they were super busy, but still had a table available for the four of us.

Menu wasn't too big or small. Food was delicious and decent portion sizes.

Cocktails were great. They had a nice selection and I found my new favorite. It was one that tasted just like a Jaffa - 'Sliim's Star', give it a try!

Great place to have a couple of drinks with friends! The beef burger was absolutely perfect! The Fish bowl serves 2 pretty well. Worth a visit! Cheers.

We were served by max, she was the bomb.com. I love her definitely give her a promotion. I swear I don’t even know her she’s just amazing and she made the experience perfect. She’s great. Idk what else to say but I feel I need to make this review longer because she was so good and I told her I’d do this for her (she didn’t ask, I offered) but she’s amazing I love her. She’s perfect. Also the lovely blonde lady who cleared our plates did an excellent job. The drinks were perfect and fast, the food was absolutely amazing. 11/10 best bar ever.

This was a lovely place to stop and enjoy time with my daughter. Not too busy and food and drinks were enjoyable.

Great place to try a variety of gins. The Duty Manager, Jess, obviously loves her job! She made amazing non alcoholic cocktails for my friend. Great staff and fabulous service.

Great venue & location. Food & Drinks was tasty. 1 chef smashing the food out - star was the banoffee 1 bartender mixing all the concoctions - fishbowls & sangria needs more alcohol Compliments to the front of house, this guy was everrrrrrywhere considering how busy it, the staff this night understood the assignment.

In terms of food we ordered (takeaway) the ribs and the beef burger.

Pros: the chips were nice, FOH staff were friendly and they swapped the chips around as we requested.

Cons: meat was quite bland in both meals, received no aioli with the burger or coleslaw with the ribs which is disappointing when you are paying the same price as dine in. Also banoffee wasn't great.

Wouldn't come back for food but the drinks look good.

I was really shock that they didn't have any gluten free food options or non dairy free milk options.

I think this casual restaurant also deserves a higher rating - great atmosphere, nice service. However, we got the ribs special (on Sundays) and they could certainly have been more tender and have more sauce. Good portion size for the small price though!

I usually really dislike places that brand themselves as "gastropubs", cause my brain parses that word as "we sell beer, but there's also mediocre-at-best food". Consequently, my hopes were not high when I was invited to a gathering at Scarlett Slimms and Lucky yesterday.

Much to my amazement, I was greeted by a whole host of very pleasant surprises:

- the cocktail list is proper good. Any establishment that makes a great, no-corners-cut espresso martini (i.e. Not too sweet and made with a shot of freshly made, actual coffee), has a great range of gins (and 4 different tonic waters!) and is happily willing and very able to move away from the beaten path (and make me a negroni sbagliato) deserves praise.

- the food was good. My wife had the chicken & mushroom pasta, I had fried chicken tacos and we shared some shoestring fries. All these dishes couldn't be faulted, and I loved the wide range of hot sauces floating around.

- I interacted with 3 staff during my time at the place. All were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, even though I was a reasonably demanding guest with lots of questions.

5/5, I will happily go here again soon. Do yourself the favour and do the same.

Been here twice now (once for lunch and also once for dinner service). Definitely very average food-wise, and burgers and tacos were nothing to write home about. The service was great, servers were attentive. Next time we are here, we would prefer to come for late night drinks rather than for their food.

Good food and ambience. Was a bit pricey, however the food is very satisfying and filling. Really loved the vibe. Front of House were always on top of it and were really customer oriented. Loved it here:)

Really nice atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. We had the steak and it was delicious. We will definitely be returning.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE! FOR MY BIRTHDAY PARTY MY DAD BOOKED FOR 7 14 year olds and 3 adults THEY THEN WENT TO AGREEING AND WENT FURTHER WITH OUR BOOKING, then when we got there they said every child needs there perants, we went so out of our way to get there WE DROVE 1.3 HOURS FOR THE BS
