We came to this restaurant as recommended by zomato gold. The whiskey and garlic bbq pork ribs tasted great and wasnt too saucy. You get about 8 ribs and the meat was tender and came off easily. The boneless lamb shank felt a bit lacking, the portion size was small and wasn't too filling. The outside seats had overhead plants which unfortunately was dropping plant debris onto our food. The young waiter gave us good service nonetheless.

When we raised this with the waiter and he checked with the chef he replied it’s how they are prepared and that’s it.

U'll find lots of drink here. And the food are also not bad.recommend the pork ribs here, tender and juicy, melting in ur mouth.however fish n chips is even below ordinary level in AKL, and the bourbon steak, under cooked at first coming, so we asked staff to cook it more time. The second time was great, also love slimm's bourbon sauce.

Great dinner and drinks the burger was delicious, and our friends really enjoyed it, the staff were great and friendly, very lovely. Fabulous food and atmosphere, and was a delight to try out.

2nd time we've been here. Had a reservation, the waiter looked after us well. Ambiance is great, the place is lively and always full of people. Food was good as usual, so many flavours! But it was better last time we were there. We had a great evening here

I very seldom come to Mt Eden, but i was pleasantly suprised at how tasty the food was i had the ribs which cost $30, personally as a student id say thats a bit steep for me, but $30 for dinner isnt too bad

We were served by Sophie who was the loveliest member of staff ever! She looked after us an absolute treat abd made our expirience just fantastic. Great food, great staff. Will deffo be back!

Great little place to eat and drink. Perfect little sunshine trap so well worth hanging outside for a while and watching the hustle and bustle of My Eden Rd. They were also very accommodating for my friend who is Vegan. Try their tap beer of the month - well worth expanding the beer palette!

This is the thrid time we went here and I gotta say the first two times the food was amazing but the last time they changed the menu and it was all mass production low quality

Good little hip food place. The burgers on the menu have changed since I last went so was slightly disappointed. Still good just not as good as I remembered. The peanut brownie dessert was very nice though, would recommend

Yummy Scotch fillet steak, but the Fish Batter was a bit on the hard side. The Sangria drink tasted awful!

Food was Excellent. Highly recommend the Bang bang Prawns and cauliflower. The scotch fillet was cooked to perfection and the ribs was really good too. Rozzanne who serve us was very helpful and attentive Kept making sure that we were good. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Unsure what has happened to this place. New menu which is average, food average food quality average half of the items on the menu were not available. Had to return the steak as it was not cooked to the preferred medium standard. Was our goto place for a drink and a meal once a month but looks like we will have to part ways. Possible new owners?

Just back from dinner and drinks, had the vegetarian half platter which was really good! Friends enjoyed their meals too. Lovely staff too. Thanks guys!

My steak and prawns was soooo good! The cacao shake is up there for GOAT too. Service was nice, wasn't too long of a wait either. The crispy fish had a lot of seasoning but other than that, ggs

Great selection of beers on tap. Super crunchy fries to accompany. Great service from considerate and informed staff. Creative use of space creates lively atmosphere. Highly recommend

Service was good. Food was okay. Seating arrangement wasn't ideal. Not somewhere I'd go out of my way to go to again.

Service was good, food tasted good and the fact that kids get to eat free on Sunday with a an adult main is great.but the portion size is on the small side and is overpriced in my opinion.
