This must be one of those places where they consider it trendy or cool for the staff to be rude and inattentive because they have been every time i have gone. Not on my go to list anymore.

Love love this place. Amazing service, great coffee. Food is to die for and somehow it the chef's always have it out so fast no matter how busy they are, highly recommend!

Food was ok, but the service was terrible. Even after telling them there was something wrong with the pizza bread they did nothing. Wouldn't reccomend for price

My whanau and I went to celebrate my sisters birthday. The place was lovely and warm and very welcoming. Family orientated as our 8yr old nephew was able to come. They even presented our cake for us.
The service was exceptional. I got the Pork Belly for mains and Vanilla and Raspberry Creme Brulee. Absolutely devine. Best Creme Brulee I have ever had. Very satisfied diners.

Love it. The full rack ribs is to die for and the nachos is on another level. To top it off the beets is so crispy cold

Good place. This was my first time. Good food servicings. Was tasty. Only down fall was the tables being sticky.

Came here last week, they have excellent customer service! And the food was so yummy. The steak is so good must try!

This place is massive and was pretty much all booked out. Had the sirloin steak which was a massive serving of food. The steak meat itself was of good flavour but the outside slightly a little too chargrilled even tho cooked well inside.it made the flavour a bit over powering. The wedges slightly under cooked. Drinks came out after the food which was weird having ordered at the same time. Overall a lovely place and will return. Great customer service and friendly.

Lovely food and atmosphere. Just a pity it took over an hour to get our meals and an hour for drinks.

Crowded so got a tiny table in a tiny corner. Good staff who gave us prompt service. Good lunch menu and really nice food - I had a great lamb shank. Best glass of wine I've ever had - top shelf pinot noir at very attractive price. Very good experience!

Thoroughly enjoyed pizza & ribs here.still more to try.atmosphere is good, venue is polished and staff are good considering work loads during peaks.

Amazing food - every single item on the plate was perfect, comfortable atmosphere, kind service and very short wait time between ordering to getting the meals which we were highly impressed with, very reasonable prices for large portions.

I went there last week with a couple of friends. We were about 20 minutes late and because of that, even though the place was half empty and remained like that while there, we were seated at the worst table possible. The food was alright, but I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

Tasty good food. Good size portions. Prices are fair. Staff were pleasant. Nice warm place to be on a winter's day/ night

It's a little off the beaten track, but well worth a visit.

I had the Duo Of Duck & my wife had the Slow Roasted Lamb Shanks, both were well portioned, and nice and hot on arrival.

Even managed to squeeze in Desserts as well, I had the White Chocolate and Raspberry Creme Brulee, and the wife had White Chocolate Sundae special.

We left well stuffed with smiles on our faces.

The staff were friendly, and explained the menu and gave recommendations too.

Went there once before & food, service was good.this time walked in & totally ignored by 3 staff members behind bar then eventually when we sat down was told to order food at bar (so different to good service last time) friend & I ordered a sharing platter, most of food cold (how hard is it to cook deep fried from a packet) so very very mediocre and won't be going there again. My friend and I had great time chatting and having a laugh for couple hours otherwise awful.so very disappointing after last visit there!
