We booked the rooftop for our engagement party and the venue is stunning. The staff were incredible and friendly. Special thanks to Benja for making everything super easy!

We were sitting outside where they played radio. And they had live music indoors. They completely ignored our request to turn the radio down/off as we told them we could hear two "stations" at the same time, both radio and the live music. It was very unpleasant and confusing to listen to both stations, and try to have conversations and hang out. We askes five times, different servers, and the standard answer from the manager was simply no. Totalt not cool.

Nadia in FOH is an absolute legend. Give this precious Saint a raise immediately. Great banter, great service, total sweetheart. Will return because of Nadia!

Really appreciated the service from Jacob. He gave great advice on the food and drinks which contributed to a great evening.

Today we went to the Zookepers Son because they have a play room for kids; my friends wanted somewhere to entertain a 4 and a 6 year old while we had some dinner. We booked a reservation for 5.30pm and specifically asked to be located near to the play room. I arrived to find they had not read the reservation properly and put us downstairs, so we got moved upstairs. I asked them what was in the play room for the kids. I was told they have a game station that doesnt work, then we found out that Netflicks didnt work either. So it was down to some basic wooden building blocks, a connect game, chalk and a few books. Why have a kids room if you dont place value on it being in good condition.

It was Sunday, and the roast dinner sounded good until we found out their idea of a roast is ham off the bone - sorry but that is not a roast - pork roasted is roast pork not ham. I got told that some people have the fried chicken with the roast - thats not a roast either. So we ordered the ribs to be told they had run out of ribs. So we ordered the pork belly, the caesar salad, and a club sandwich, onion rings and a blow of fries. The fries were cold, the onion rings were from a packet out of the freezer, the club sandwich was just as bad as they come, the caesar salad looked okay but apparently wasnt that great and my pork belly skin wasnt crispy and the potatoes just tasted of whole grain mustard. Overall very disappointing food.

To be quite frank other than the service which was okay, the rest was rubbish. We wont be back.

My heart was warmed today when visiting Zoos for the UFC, despite it being packed to the rafters with happy patrons, the team, with special mention to
Juan and Alex, went above and beyond to help someone that needed some extra attention.
So fantastic that places like this exist and can cater to people from all walks of life.
Well done team Zoos and Thank you for another great day.

Steak is pretty good, but fries was a bit disappointing, not very fried and still soft in the inside but that might just be my preference that I like it extra crispy

Really friendly staff. Great menu. Entertaining options, were running quiz night while we were visiting. Lovely and tidy with great decor and ambience. Sat close to the fire. Would definitely visit again.

Not family friendly.

Booked the table next to the kids area as we have a 15 month old boy. When we got there we were told there was a balloon display in the kids area and "he cannot be touching the balloons" - this is in the kids area and it was set up for a nighttime event - nothing to do with kids, why would you set up balloons in a kids area and tell them they cant go near it?
No apology. Could have been told once we made the booking the area wouldn't be available but no contact was made. This was very inconvenient as the reason we went there was so our son would have somewhere to play. The table service was non-existent. I had to go downstairs to the bar twice to get drinks after waiting ages with empty glasses - frustrating as we had a tab and shouldn't have to do this.

Good, big massive, but a bit to loud for me, a quick in and out beer IPA's on tap, , live band about to crank up +/- 8,15pm

Me an my partner came in and had the Fried squid and mussels which was amazing service Was excellent and we felt like we were taken care of it wasn’t too busy but was catered for throughout the night by our lovely waiter Harry thank you for a great night will definitely return:)

We hired the Garden Bar for an event with circa 60 people and it was amazing. Juan and Ben hosted us and were so helpful, as well as Lisa who was at every beckon call of mine leading up to the day. The space was perfect, and had everything we needed. Everyone said they had brilliant time and I cant thank Lisa and the team enough for everything. 10/10

Love this place, the food is amazing and is reasonably priced. I would recommend the buffalo wings if your going for something Spicy.

Nice place to go to sit around the fire and drink beer. Great service and good to see that low and zero alcohol beer is available.

Awful bottomless experience! Manager was very rude and not accomidating for our group. The food was very average and took ages for it to be topped up. Would NOT recommend this place for a bottomless experience, stick to lulas if you want a good time!

Amazing food so good exceeded expectations by far. Great service and fast service very friendly and welcoming service from Harry and May

Wife and I had the bottomless chicken and waffles, we lasted 1 hour but ate like Kings and Queens. Excellent flavour, well done!

I held an event here in the Rooftop Terrace and honestly I was so happy with everything - right from the planning and the lovely private room, to the food that was served to my guests!
Huge shout out to Lisa for being so professional and understanding of all my needs right from the start. It was her planning that truly made my event so successful! Also want to commend the chefs for the beautiful food that night! And a big thank you to both Paige and Benjamin for their excellent service that night! Our guests were well looked after and we had the best night because of them!
The excellent staff and their excellent service deserves an excellent review. Will absolutely be booking here again for my next event!

Went in with a group of island mates to watch the footy and have a few beers. We were already deemed a potential problem that they limited the amount of beer we could buy at a time to 2 jugs for 10+ people. Did not feel welcomed at all. Attitude mainly coming from the manager or person in charge for the night. May not reflect the rest of the staff but it does take 1 to ruin it for all sometimes. Not sure if this was racially driven as well but sure as hell felt like it was. Very unlikely to return. (written in retrospect from a few weeks ago).
