Good choice in drinks and beer. Has a fairly good choice of bites and food. Can get busy during the weekends so do expect some delays in service.

The layout for bands just doesn't work. If you aren't in the front row you can't see anything and if you are upstairs the sound quality is disappointing. Needs rethinking

Booked mezzanine only to discover it wasn't the whole of the mezzanine. Staff were useless, took an hour to organize themselves to bring out the birthday cake and then ages to get a knife to cut it with because they forgot it couldn't be cut by mind power. Guests bought drinks that would add to our minimum spend but Staff forgot to record this so we had to chase a refund after paying the full amount. Very disappointing experience and I cannot recommend.

Two stars for being clean and decent modern pub environment. Less stars for very poor food, of 3 meals, burger was uneatable and wasn't eaten, fetticini was tasteless and steak was poor tasting and poor quality. Even the chips lacked taste. Don't eat here.

Jacob is outstanding, first I thought he was gay but then I quickly realised hes the best bar tender at the bar no questions asked.

Music is far too loud when there are less than 12 people there. There were over 30 people and within 15 minutes of the band starting at least 20 had left. The management did not think it was a problem. Average at best.

Hannah the waitress, she is so awesome fast reliable awesome perfect service went to bottomless chicken & waffles. Perfect

Zookeepers inn always makes us feel at home. Our waiter Boston has a friendly and very welcoming attitude. His service is impeccable. We will certainly come again and recommend ZI to others. Thank you!

The wings on Friday are the perfect end to the week. Blue cheese sauce accompaniment is back after having gone missing for a long time. Most notably the staff are lovely. Really makes it feel like home, the way they treat you. Stand out characters for me were May and Kayla, whose hospitality and friendliness are a particular highlight.

Great service tonight for bottomless waffles and chicken! Hannah was very attentive and quick in getting our drinks topped up. Great experience

My friends and I had a great time when we came for the bottomless chicken and waffles. The food was great and came out very quickly and our server, Harry, was a superstar. He was really onto it and he was good to have a laugh with.he gets 5 stars.

However we did notice in the last 45 minutes that Harry stopped checking on us as often. I don’t think it was any fault of his own, he was running around serving heaps of tables. He was definitely stretched to thin. It would pay to have an extra waiter on so he doesn’t need to run around like a headless chicken.

We were also really bothered by the volume of the TV. We were sat in the far corner of the restaurant and I found myself having to nearly shout at my friends to be heard. Just something to keep in mind

Great service & the food was delish. Chicken was yum as! Our waiter Hannah was soooo lovely too She always made sure we were topped up!

5 stars for staff especially Nadia who looked after us at the Bubbles Bottoms and Bites event, which was a lot of fun and laughter. The only downside which brought this rating to a 4, was they hadn't prepared any Gluten free pizza option, though they did make on request but we had to pay full price for it.

I had my 21st birthday party in the Rooftop Garden Terrace. This venue is beautiful and spacious, and the roof is fully retractable, which was perfect for the warm summer evening that my event was held on!

From start to finish, the team at The Zookeeper’s Son provided outstanding service. Preeti was instrumental in planning the event - promptly and patiently answering numerous emails and phone calls. We came by earlier in the day to set up decorations and the staff kindly checked up on us regularly. Throughout the night, food platters were brought out on time and were very well presented. Everything was absolutely delicious (my guests complimented the food during the party and the following weeks too!). I appreciate that they catered to all dietary requirements and provided various vegan options! Benjamin and Catherine were so friendly and delivered exceptional all-around service, managing the bar and ensuring that everything was running smoothly, so I didn’t need to worry about a thing!

A few beers on tap, the usual favourites. Right next to a main road, but surprisingly you don't really notice. Pool tables here in good condition, staff were helpful

Average, can't smoke unless your on the actual street. Foods ok ish. No atmosphere anymore sadly.

My family and I just had dinner there and it was delicious! Nice and spacious restaurant setting for families, as well as outdoor area. The service by Benjamin, Daryn and Rome was amazing! Was an awesome experience! Will be coming back again:)

Had dinner here tonight and can honestly say we enjoyed our time, the food was amazing, the service was just as great. Our waitress NADIA, was beyond amazing.thank yoooouuuu Nadia for your delightful, warm friendly service. We are definitely coming back again soon.
