Went in early afternoon, was quite a long queue which seemed to be moving quite slowly, but then an extra member of staff came on and it all sped up. I was served by Nick who was really helpful, easy to deal with, and nice and friendly too. Thank you Nick for the new SIM card

There are talented and helpful staff at this place. There was a problem with USIM during my trip to New Zealand this week. After some confirmation, he solved the problem with skillful support. I got a good impression about New Zealand and was able to go home.

The Vodafone Queen street store is always very busy. I was lucky to encounter a Chinese service this time. Ray was very kind, patiently explained the mobile plan content, and helped me to make a family bundle with a very reasonable price. Thank you very much. I will definitely recommend more friends to go there.

Travelling from North America my partner and I were looking for local phone plan options for 4-6 month stay. The staff member helping us (forget his name now sadly) was exceptionally helpful and kind, giving us insightful tips on the plans and pathways to get better deals. We expected to go with Spark, but after this visit and the options they had/he revealed to us it was absolutely a better deal for us.

Just do not go with them. All their customer support is off shore; they will go round and round in circles. I had a data leak where they gave my personal details to another customer (while saying I was dead). They sold me a service that didn't work at my location (4G internet), then sold me on Fibre, which took 6 months to install - after which they still charged me a $250 cancellation for the 4G after saying there would be none.and a full month of that service on top of Fibre after it was installed. Trying to talk to anyone is pointless, emails are unresponsive, calls take hours, and no one can help you, and the phone / web support is all offshore and say they are unable to help you.

I needed to get a temp solution for an internet connection while my store was being refitted. Staff was very helpful and gave me the best option for what I needed. Error in communication disconnecting the service when I no longer needed it resulted in charges. Connor McGrath sorted out the issue for me very quickly and effortlessly

I really dislike to write bad review but this one deserves it.this morning, my dad went to vodafone to reactivate his phone number although this number is lost after 12 months so he needs to buy a new prepay sim. Then, my dad asked help from the staff but this one takes advantage of him for not being fluent in English. My dad just needs to have a normal prepay plan under $20 (100 mins call, 100 txt, and 250 mb) because he doesn't have anyone to call except me or a few relatives or any heavy uses on his phone. However, the staff makes him paid $49 for a travel sim card (just by telling him this is it works to get your sim work) which is completely absurd. Staff are not genuine, stay aways from them and look for 2degree, spark or orcon which is more affordable and good following service.

My old phone was playing up so I popped into Vodafone Queen Street to get a new one and sign up on a plan urgently. I had limited time on my work lunch break but I was so stoked with the service that James provided me. He assured me it would be a quick process and got everything sorted for me so fast. He also took the time to explain all the important info while also being very friendly and keeping me entertained with some good yarns while he was processing everything. He also kept the other customers in line behind me informed on how long it would be before they would be served which they appreciated. I had been into the St Luke's store the day before and unfortunately didn't have a good experience as I waited 15mins for help before I left as no one even acknowledged me. So I was really blown away with the help I received from James at Queen St. Overall it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had!

Waiting in the queue for a Millenia at Vodafone queen street. If you aren’t already a customer don’t become a new one because getting any support ever is a nightmare.

I recently experienced a bad case of hacking from numerous people overseas.
I went to my favorite Vodafone store in Queen st for help.
A very helpful chap fixed my problem in no time.
I have purchased phones from this store and have received wonderful service every time.

Unfortunately, was not the best experience. They will not help you much unless your are currently under the contract or new customers. Visited the store for help to set up the WIFI after moving to the new house but they would not do anything unless I renew the new contract. I have been with Vodafone for 4-5years and has been great but may need to consider switching now after this customer service the other day.

Awesome service received from Tom (both Queen St & Britomart). Tom set me up with a home phone wireless plan. I had an issue with the router and had to return, which Tom sorted promptly. Tom was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming - an absolute asset to Vodafone. Thank you so much.
