Long long wait in line, hard working staff doing their best and someone that appears to be the manager casually popping in and out the back whilst customers wait

Be here several times, every time I had to wait in a long line. They should use queue number system so we don't need to queue on a line. The line is too long and obstructing people who want to have a look at the displaying products. Last time I just wanted to ask them one question about the product I would like to purchase, I had to queue more than 15 minutes. Hope that Vodafone will improve this issue.

Friendly and helpful staff after waiting for 30 minutes in the queue. Sunday 2: 30pm, only three staffs are working.
