63The ninja that helped me with my phone was very polite and well done like I really loved it a lot
I am a very old guy who was having extreme difficulty getting my cellphone to function as intended. After 4 visits to the very busy St Lukes branch where they can spend only 5 or 10 minutes to answer I accidently got a bus to the CBD instead of Newmarket so went to the Queen Street Vodafone shop. There Cecilia organised my setup so that it is more functional now. Lucky that I arrived there early before it got busy. She was so patient and didn't fuss. She is a treasure. Thank you Cecilia.

For a change excellent service from a Vodafone outlet. Pity the branch at the Britomart wasn't any help at all.
Asian man whos worked here for 7 years soend over an hour trying to fix a problem for me that hes never encountered before. He went above and beyond to help me and I'm sad i didnt catch his name but i really appreciate the effort he put into helping me

5 stars given to the Asian guy with glasses, i believe is Sebastian, who have tried everything possible to resolve our problems despite the big fail was from their counterparts (online direct sales team who care nothing about looking after the customer). We want to thank him for the efforts he made thorough the process. 1 star to his manager whose presence only made us felt more unfairly treated. 1 star giving to the overall vodafone fibre experience. It's a system failure.
When i join mobile plan they said $10 discount permanently but it wasn’t discounted few months and i have been 3 time to asking about it and every visit they said managers will contact me but it wasnt. And they service was very awful. Not even 1 star
Always a long queue and couldn't get my issue sorted with Bill. Had to ring call centre to complain to get issue resolved
Vodafone locations seem perpetually full of customers waiting to speak to someone. This location is like that too, perhaps to a larger degree than other locations because of the central location. I don't know why Vodafone doesn't just hire more people, it's obvious that the understaffing is persistent and serious.
This location suffers from a other problem: they close too early. There was a long queue inside when they closed at 6pm and there were more people trying to get in and the doors were already locked. Another obvious problem no one has taken the trouble to fix.
Aside from that the staff are competent and did solve my problem very well. Just get there early and be ready to wait.
It's a punishment to go there. They make you stand for hours in waiting queue.very poor customer service.

Popped in a few weeks ago to get something done on my lunch-break, it's a very busy store being on the main road of town, so some people were getting a little ruffled waiting in the queue, once I got through the lady who served me went above and beyond to get everything done in time, absolute champ, massively grateful, thanks guys!
Came in to pick an item I had already paid for, lady starts complaining it’s not ready yet to me like it was my fault. Was rude the entire time. Something that was supposed to take 3 minutes took 15.
Absolutely friendly, helpful and competent! I was searching for a SIM card for my mobile phone. The possible solutions were explained to me and they helped me inserting and activating the card. I think it hardly took 15 minutes to get all things set and helped me having connection to Germany as well as to my son, spending his time in NZ.
Waited 20 mins for one of the 4 to 5 staff to even acknowledge me or the two people in the cue.care factor. Zero. Not even acknowledged to say, sorry for the wait, won’t be long. Nothing. Very poor.
I was having Vodafone broad band for almost 7 years and I was trying stop the contract. I was given 2 times notice through the phone and spend several hours in waiting for the right person to speak. But it was still not terminated. Finally I walked into the store and given notice at the first time the staff said it was terminated but it wasn’t. I have to continually pay the bill. I have to go to second time to the store and given notice. After I strongly told them to stop the plan, mt contract was terminated. I was told that I need to pay the last month bill at the store on POS machine. I was discussing experience. Vodafone customer service is too bad. I don’t recommend Vodafone to anyone. I will change my number to Spark soon. It was very bad experience! Don’t go to Vodafone they will just keep steal your money.
This five start is for Jade, I want to give more stars but I can’t. But anyway you’re awesome. These stars are not for Vodafone contact center at all because I can say it was below poor service. She provided excellent customer service. She solved my query in minutes which contact center people couldn’t. She’s super woman.

Beware! Vodaphone is cheating on you! Got a deal for 38 NZD, but still they were charing me 40 NZD every month and giving me a voucher of 2 NZD each month which I can not use. This deal was not part of the contract. Just a simple ripp off. Stuff are not really helpful.
