I've brought my cars to Wagstaff 4 times now (can't say much about my driving record). They are very professional and always go the extra mile. Highly recommended if you want your car looking like it's never been dinged.

It was a very long journey for us both - 11 months from the accident till completion. As MARM is one of its kind sourcing parts from Holden was long and laborious and work could not start to be undertaken until all parts were received. Wagstaff saw me through the process with a Loan Car for those 11 months. While it was not what I was used to it got me to work and back for that period which I was very grateful for. She has come back absolutely brand new as you will see from pictures. The dealership was the one dragging its tail and this impacted on the time period it took to complete this work not Wagstaff's. For any future minor dents or damage I will definately use Wagsaff's again. You will see by the photos from the accident, re fitting of a bent crankshaft, everything removed from the car and the tranformation that was undertaken and work that went into this for me to get her back as new yesterday. Thanks to all the Team at Wagstaff.

I would say that this is the best panel beaters in NZ. I have had the best experience. They did such a great job in fixing up my ride that no one can tell the difference. The staff are also very friendly and talented. And this company is authorized for insurance companies. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional job done.

Two months after an accident and still no progress, no loan vehicle and NO service. Dont waste your time here. In the end I have had to take my vehicle to another panel beater.

Awesome and friendly staff. Was involved in an accident end of Nov, went to 3 other panel beaters who said there were not able to book me in until next year, which meant I would be without a car over Xmas. So glad I found them! They were able to take my car in and start working on it straight away. What's more amazing is that they got it repaired within 2 weeks! Super efficient and amazing team. Totally recommend!

We took our white Rexton to have some trim and paintwork damage to be repaired. The team were courteous, communicative and very helpful. We were given plenty of notice that the wait for parts would be considerable and when we took the vehicle in we were informed that staffing shortages would delay the start time. When they did start, as arranged, the repairs went ahead with speed. The courtesy car was a great help and most appreciated. Lovely people to deal with where you are made to feel that the customer comes first - so refreshing these days!
