Wagstaff hardly needs any more 5 star reviews. But we have had 3 nasty dings to our bmw 1 series. Wagstaff each time did a flawless job. I was told by them, "you won't have any problems with the repair, but if you do, we'll look after it". Totally class operators.

They have done a good job and I will go there for help anytime if something need to get fixed on my car Keep up the good work

I suffered a nasty deep scratch on my pristine car door while I was shopping.
I took it to Wagstaff for assessment. In a few days they took it in to deal with it.
Next day - there it was! Shining bright as new.
Wonderful staff, wonderful job.
Some systems are working superbly even if the rest of the world isn't.

My car got broken into and door was severely damaged inside and out. Wagstaff did a wonderful job fixing the car - looks like new! Great little curtesy car provided too which was excellent.

Wagstaff staff are polite and patient. They promptly inform the situation and won't leave me in the dark. Service is very good.

Wagstaff European came recommended by my car insurer, State (AIG). I provided them with help, as my Alfa Romeo needed specific spares following vandalism damage 4 weeks before as reported to NZ Police - they were very responsive, and procured the needed spares with ease, demonstrating great flexibility and customer service.

The paint repair to the damaged bumper, and mirrors was flawless, and the car was groomed prior to receiving it in turn. The car looked as if it were brand new on return, even the technician returning it remarked on that.

I cannot hesitate to recommend Wagstaff for professionalism, excellence in paintwork, and providing a gratis car grooming prior to return. In addition, I received all extra paint available in a trim-pot, which will be useful to me in that I have a model aircraft double-action airbrush, allowing me to make future micro-scratch repair in future, a worthwhile bonus.

I cannot hesitate to recommend Wagstaff enough, and happily give them 6 stars out of 5, or 11 out of 10 for excellence and customer service.

Wagstaff European repaired my car due to an insurance claim. A courtesy car was provided. I found the staff members very professional and courteous. My car was returned to me in pristine condition. I highly recommend this business.

Overall service A+ very professional service no nonsense dealings with Dharmendra and John and the guy's and gal's at Wagstaff European. You don't have to have a European vehicle for repairs they cater for all vehicles at a very reasonable price. Thanks Wagstaff European.

Fantastic service. Upfront on costs and kept me well informed of any further issues they found. Friendly and finished the job on the time they said. I highly recommend them.

Friendly and helpful staff. Panel beating job looks great. Didn't have to wait too long for my car to be done. There were parts that needed to be ordered so knew it wouldn't be a quick job. Was offered a courtesy car, but didn't need one as we are still in Covid lockdown.

I used wagstaff for my golf repairs as my step dad had used them for his van a few years ago and they had done an amazing job. The job they had on my golf was amazing too! These guys are super professional, friendly and understanding and their work is next to none! Super happy with the job, would 100% recommend and use again
