I only went there because they are preferred by my insurance company. It took 5 weeks to get my car in for minor repairs. 3 days before it was due to go In, I called my insurance company. Turned out they hadn't approved the claim because they didn't have the quote from wagstaff yet. I had to chase it up. It then took 8 days to get the repairs done and they charged me extra for the loan car because I had it so long! Turn around time is terrible and communication is non existent. Fortunately the guys in the back are good so the car came out okay.
