My first experience with Wagstaff was to have the rusted area in the sliding door in my Nissan Caravan repaired before I could have the warrant renewed. The work was completed in the 3 days required and the finished door looked as though it was brand new.
Last week after damaging the rear right hand bumper causing internal damage I didn't hesitate to head Wagstaff. The result the yellow Honda rear is now in pristine condition.
If I ever need attention to one of my vehicles I know where to go.
I'm sure will have the same experience.

Great service and quality jobs always. Highly recommend the Wagstaff team. I had many issues with previous panel beaters. After I found Wagstaff few years back, always go to Dharmain and the team. They certainly deliver what they promise.

Very friendly people, I went to ask about Suzuki Jimny rusts & repairs and the guy that came to look at it was very easy to talk to and friendly. The lady in the reception was also easy to talk to and friendly. The guy ended up being helpful and went out of his way to find/recommend me a proper rust specialist that I should try out. Thanks a lot!

I highly do not recommend going to this place to fix your car even though state insurance advises you to if you are going through a claim with them. I've had the worst experience with these guys taking my car in and getting it back after a shocking 8 weeks to fix a bumper, a broken headlight and slight damage on the door and even after the 8 weeks I got my car back they didn't fix the headlight properly and it fell off while I was on the motorway because they didn't screw it in so I had to take it in again. Not only they take an unbelievable long time to process your car, order your parts and fix the car they also have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Unbelievable. Would rate them 0 stars if I could.

Quick and easy solution offered. Though, it was only a small problem (front grill came off), it was fixed in 15 minutes. That's impressive!

Very happy with the service at Wagstaff. I was recommend them by my insurance company and my car came back like new. Car came back on time and would go back in a heart beat. Highly recommend!

Awful experience.
Called in during the weekday to book a job, due to my job I am unable to visit in person so had to visit in the weekend which was fine, but I was advised they open til 12: 30pm on Saturdays.
Visited them Saturday at 11: 00am and the front door was locked, fortunately one of the staff spotted me and took my details. Advised that they will call to confirm the booking the following Monday, never did.
I called them to verify the date, and was told that the job was booked for the 24th of October 2016 - Which was a statutory holiday.

Of course, I took my car in and of course they were closed.

Called the next day to enquire and was informed that they will call me to advise when the parts arrive. No apologies that they booked me in at a wrong date. No notification on when I can take my car in due to me and possibly the majority of people working day jobs, no consideration that it may actually take time for them to fix my car.

My car's not fixed yet and I'm still waiting. Possibly not a good idea.

Wagstaff, you are terrible.
