Waste Management

I hate them. I hate them so much. They have horrible services and they often fail to collect the rubbish. If they want to make our life so difficult i will return the favor. You guys are gonna clean up my rubbish one way or another.

We signed 1 year contract but they missed more than 4 collections in last 6 months! And again, they missed our last week rubbish collection! Such bad service, save your money, guys!

Missed pickups on a regular basis. Promised extra pickup bags which never happened. This is one of a few companies has worse service than council but still in business, must be backed by ridiculous investors that might have a very unusual agenda. Shame that we don't have a proper waste management eco-system public and private as NZ such a beautiful but environmentally fragile country.

Administrators and support: seriously you are trying hard to make yourselves redundant. Obviously you don't want any income from this place or you would put some effort into retaining customers. I feel sorry for the guys on the trucks that are are doing a great job, You are really letting your team down.

If I could do negative stars I would. Over 1hr 40 minutes on hold over three phone calls because their driver didn't call as asked.
I will be cancelling my companies business with this company from now on.

They pick my rubbish bin every week on time and I get a reminder for my monthly green waste collection. Their rates are value for money.

They never emptied my bin and when I called to complain they have no reason or offer to help. So I paid for something I didn't receive.

These guys took over sunshine garden waste whom I had never had a problem with collection. From then on I had missed pickups and when they would finally pick it up it was too heavy, mainly due to the weeds retaining moisture and packing down. You're just an income source for these guys

Terrible service and don't turn up when the say they will. They missed our bin and despite saying they would be picking it up at 4 other times have still not picked it up. Shame I had to click one star to post this as they are really don't deserve any. Just crap.

Most terrible & highly disappointing. My bin didn't get collected plus I was advised it would get collected in 2 days. Forget about the bin no one called back to advise on what was going on. A team of irresponsible bunch of people. Would never recommend this waste management. A total waste of your time & money. Poorest service.

This company have TERRIBLE internal and external communication. Please do not choose this company to avoid the pain.

My garden bin always gets serviced every month, if it is delayed it's usually only delayed one day. We live central Auckland. We've been with Sunshine (now Waste Management) for over 10 years.

Very unreliable service, rubbish not being collected. No one answers their phone or replies to emails.

Lady in 50s, curly blonde hair, sitting in her phone, texting or surfing while driving. Ellerslie panmure highway 4pm 7-12-17.

Soooo useless! Don't reply to emails, wait on the phone for 10+ minutes when the bin hasn't been collected on multiple occasions. When I cancelling my account the credit control people also wouldn't respond to emails and my credit. Bin is still here after two failed pick ups! These guys own Sunshine bins who are also useless.

Unreliable monopoly of kerbside bins on the North Shore. Have been getting worse over the past couple of years. Nothing do do with the drivers - this is an incompetent management team cutting back on staff to save money for their six figure salaries and shareholders dividends.
