However getting a refund can prove difficult even if it seems ligot your mostly going to get store credit so make sure you buy what you want.

Was approached by a female, who spoke to us without taking her eyes off her phone i watched her and all the time we were in store and that's all she did. Eye contact makes all the Difference!

I brought a printer, but it took awhile for a sales person to come and serve me, l think they should welcome customers as they walk in the door

To be fare this rating is more for customer service at head office, i have been dealing with a member who refuse's to make a few simple phone calls to try and work out a resolution to an issue that has now been going on for 1 month. His attitude is poor there customer service is very average in my opinion and they might as well not have a customer service line if this level of service is all they can provide.

Overall a great shop experience. Its just the wee issue of having the OPPO stolen and the tech support was for the oppo and nothing else. Manager has let it through before and did again today. Its those who don't know enough to be able to help me. Even if this is a third dealing with the young lass who served me

Rung ahead to make sure they had the product I needed, they did have it and they put it a side for me. Good staff very polite my item was waiting at the counter awesome

I walked out after another customer was put before me who wasn't waiting in line by an on floor staff person! Never going back! Went to Harvey Norman and bought what I originally went into Noel Leeming to buy, 4 bucks cheaper!

I had to buy a new tablet. I was attended to in a timely manner by a very helpful gentleman. They were able to give me an appointment the same day to set it up and transfer my files over from my old tablet. THANKS NOEL LEEMING GREAT SERVICE!

Went into buy a coffee machine no one helped us. Picked the box from under the display and went to checkout to pay. As we headed there a sales person bolted over. We continued to till as no way was he getting commission for doing nothing. Disappointed with the lack of customer service today.

Waited for over an hour for an answer that they said usually only takes 10mins. All online services went down and kept dropping off only to be declined due to lack of income!

Went in for fitbit not working great service come out with new one mine was under warranty. Service is always great. Go there first for any electrical products.

I just had the worst worst service ever at this store. I buy all my electronics from there and the service is usually impeccable. Today, I was “looked after” by the grumpiest young woman who had no smile and no customer service in her whatsoever. I always treat the staff nicely but I didn’t even get a thank you after spending some money there. I didn’t expect a good bye but tried just to see - no answer. Very disappointing.

Most workers are rude as not all just need to wake your dumb act up not there to e judge on looks
