54Very handy. Great friendly service. Just drive up, go inside to pay and the inspectors get to work. You can be assured that you will get straight up honest service. These guys aren't there to make money by failing you so they get more business like some mechanics. They're all about safety. Also do registration and licensing under the same roof.
Did my headlight adjustment for me free of charge so I could pass WOF. Nice staff, if your willing to calmly explain your situation, they will help you to the best of their abilities.
Ignorant. Lacks communication skills big time. Didn't tell me until we had sat in the queue for 45 minutes and only one car had gone through from both lanes that they were short staffed. Learned this is typical of the place. Care less customer service. Don't waste your time. You only get one life. Go elsewhere.
Workers are not in a rush actually think they don't want a job. 1.5 hrs in que behind 4 cars then come back for recheck of 2 new tyres back in the line for 2 hrs.not coming back.
Dont ask for me to fill in feedback on your website you should send in some mystery shoppers to see how bad the service is
I’ve seen paint dry faster than these jokers can process a WOF. Over an hour and two cars ahead still. Im having visions of them back there sitting round smoking and playing cards.
The first WOF joint to make getting a WOF pleasant will be the winner. Til then, these guys are as pricey as VINZ on Armstrong St. Took our other car there last week and they got onto it ASAP, and it even passed, unlike my last three here…
Couldn't have asked for better service from the 1 & only person on the counter she was amazing.
Talk about multitasking she would have to be up there with the best of them.
Slightly disappointing experience with staff. They were impatient and inconsiderate, maybe it was just a bad day. Hopefully this won't happen again If I decide to return to use their services.
Very slow, will be booking it through the local garage from now on. Spent 2 hours waiting and in COVID ‘red’ with their protocols you felt like an inconvenience.

Please do not go here for your driving test. They are just making money by failing the test and giving lame reason. Please use AA Fielding for your test.
Especially Ricky the assessor did not give proper explanation as to why I failed and when I said It is not right he started to raise his voice.
I only took my wife's car for a recheck and it took an hour in a que but was very quick once I got into the building
Not happy, been sitting here since 11.45am and car only half way thru WOF check. Is 1.10pm now. This is ridiculous and so frustrating.
Do NOT SUPPORT this place the Discrimination is not exceptabull have been refused service for having a medical exemption and can not where a mask have tolk to legal and now VTNZ are going to owe hundreds of thousands in competition
To wait 2.5 hours, not allowed a toilet stop being a covid restriction, and $65 wof for a senior is not acceptable.
Sat my first full driving test today and Kylie was my examiner. She was absolutely wonderful and amazing. I was a bundle of nerves and had some issues with my car prior to the test (because of bad luck) but Kylie was patient, thoughtful and really nice. Thank you Kylie, couldn't have done it without you, can't recommend you enough, and sorry for the car being hot, I owe you a beer! Cheers
Sometimes quick and efficient but an hour wait to get a failed turnsignal signed off is ridiculous.
A long lineup of cars at the front, but extremely quick and professional service. Got my WOF in 30-35min. Will be back again next year
I sat my full practical license test the other day and Kylie was my examiner. Kylie was just so professional, friendly and calm which made me in turn relax as much as I could under the circumstances (I was SUPER nervous). Amazing customer service Kylie!
The worst customer service I have experienced. Not once or twice, but three different times. Rude, unhelpful ladies in reception who make you feel like you are an inconvenience. I will never visit this place again. I feel so sorry for our young people who have to go to this place to sit their drivers licence. I witnessed the unprofessional, rude attitude of the women that work there, these young people are nervous enough without the attitude of the staff there. Reading reviews on here dating back 12 months.very similar comments about the rudeness of those ladies. Clearly VTNZ you do not take these reviews serious, you have not replaced nor retrained those rude women who are doing an injustice to your company!
Rude staff and definitely not customer focused, all work environments are stressful and busy, but customers keep you employed, i hope this gets to the right management people.
