VTNZ Palmerston North - Rangitikei Line

Bunch of catty, rude Karens in the office. I'm sure the mechanics are fine but the service from the receptionists is rude and unprofessional.

Today was quite busy so it took an hour to get WOF check done. No other issues, friendly staff.

Not that great my husband had to wait just about all of his lunchbreak and they said they couldn't fix the error they printed on his license without calling Ltnz which would take about 20mins. We had to leave as he had to go back to work.

Always helpful ladies in the office when I go in to do multiple regos.
Also renewed my driver's licence in less than 10 minutes, yay.

Sat my licence, class2. Lovely ladies on the desk. Just need to upgrade customer waiting area and seperate licencing booths from waiting area, expand numbers able to be tested at one time to minimise waiting times

Took my car in for a WOF. Super fast, friendly staff and a coffee machine. Plus the car passed:) It took no more than 20 mins, although I can imagine it could be quite a lot longer if you are at the back of the queue.

Service was friendly and it move fast during level 3. The waiting area could have been a bit warmer but otherwise good service.

Easy to get a WOF check done. The staff are all lovely! Not the cheapest for services but it's worth paying a little extra for convenience in my opinion

They started testing my car and then wandered off. The vtnz around the corner on Tremaine Ave isn't so busy that they have to stop testing halfway through. The Wof yesterday (at Tremaine) was waaaayyy faster. I regret coming to this one now

Grumpy staff members who make you feel like you're doing them a service and not the other way around

Worst customer service ever! Completely agree with the feedback about the ladies behind the front counter.

Office staff great. Rick you are a legend! The rest of the staff need to have a rev up. Rick was the only one to look at my toyota surf as the rest of them refused to do it. The last time i went there i waited 2 hours with numerous complaints before anyone begrudgingly looked at my 4x4.

Efficient and well run. Bit of a queue sometimes in the weekend but they just tell you to go for a walk and relax

I would like to send a great big thank you to Barbara (front counter) and the licensing officers Wayne, Renee and Mark (Mark for his understanding), my son and myself appreciate the help and understanding with him going for his restricted this morning
