100% Folders

Nothing wrong with the products I have used click & collect twice here now, & I think the man is a racist, He ask for way too many questions for me to receive my click & collect, first time I went there I gave him my name & details & got refused my order as I didn't have my license with me, it's just lucky I had a photo of my license in my phone. Second time I went to collect my click & collect he ask for my Name? And what the product was? & If I bought it online? Even that wasn't good enough he asked for ID Luckily I was a ready with my ID. I don't get it I pick click & collects up at the warehouse all the time without ever showing them my ID.
Here's a little advice for you mate! Next time cut to the chase with your Questions & ask for the Order Number Instead Matey

I am based in the South Island and needed a new clothes dryer. After hunting around online, Folders constantly appeared in my search results with the best quality and price point, even compared to the big national companies like Noel leeming. I’ll admit, I was a little apprehensive, I had never heard of this company and was nervous that it was too good to be true. After calling their store and speaking to a very helpful salesperson I took the plunge and made the online order. It worked, my new dryer arrived about 25 days faster than what Noel Leeming had quoted me and I am so happy! Just wanted to submit this review to give anyone in my situation the nudge you need to go with this company!

Wow, so lucky to have found these guys. I am in Auckland, orderd online, paid for delivery and still saved myself $$$'s on my new washing machine. Delivery was awesome and now I have clean clothes! Very happy customer. Thanks.

Ripped off by Rui, Who is one of Folders computer technicians. IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS PLACE - DO NOT COME HERE FOR COMPUTER REPAIRS.
I strongly urge anyone going here to find another store in Kaitaia to service their computer.
My 82 year old auntie was ripped off 50.00 for a so-called analysis and recommendations by "Rui"the Folders computer tech - he charged my aunt and then told her she needed to spend a further 450.00 plus 80.00 topay for the labour to back-up her files. I refused all as i knew it was a rip-off! I went to folders to find rui was going to charge me 80.00 for my back-up files. I paid 40.00 as i needed the files.
Well imagine my disgust when i checked the files and there was nothing on it but 3 useless notes and a couple of pics and a complete waste of $40.00 plus a waste of 50.00 for the useless quote.
TOTALLY SHAMEFUL AND DISHONEST SERVICE FROM RUI! Brings down the hard work of all the other staff.
Avoid Folders kaitaia computer repairs and Go to the other computer store in kaitaia which i hear is great and non rip-off.

Very impressed with Folders. Found some hard to find ceramic red cups (like beer pong cups but reusable) these were replacement cups for ones that went missing over the years - they awesome cups for drinks with friends!
Very good service and communication from this company - delivery was extremely prompt once the good were in stock. Many thanks - see you again

I bought a range hood through these guys last month (March 2023). Great experience overall. Easy to order, goods arrived much quicker than the website suggested, were exactly as described and arrived in good condition. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I am giving one star because I can not give zero star. The product quality and service I received is just not acceptable. I paid nearly $1.5K for this product. The brand new product came with screws falling out, crack on the front panel, and chip on the front surface… etc… The quality is just shocking. I contact the shop on the same day I received the product. They took forever to come back to me with a solution. And now they are still taking their time to refund my money, and take the product away from my garage. My car needs its parking space. Do not recommend to anyone.

Poor delivery service. We made an order in late Nov and ask for the delivery to be in the week of 6th Dec. They said they will organize a time during that week but we still haven't received anything now (22th Dec).

Great place very helpful staff brought a lovely new bed they wrapped it and helped us load it into the van.

I recently bought a bed here and previously a washing machine. Every aspect of contact with Folders was above average. Also good to support local.

Wow! Ordered a Webcam online at 1pm yesterday and it arrives on the courier today by 10am. That is FAST! The online store was easy to use and the camera was really cheap compared to other outlets I looked at. Top notch service all round.

They had the best price and my espresso machine was delivered to Auckland the very next day, that's what I call service!

I ordered a new wifi security camera and the unit arrived broken, but by no fault of Folders. I emailed them and they had great communication, and swiftly sent me a return merchandise courier parcel. They refunded me in full.
Despite the broken item I actually had a really positive experience due to the way they handled the issue. So I feel they deserve 5 stars!:) Thanks Folders!
