100% Folders

The soundbar and subwoofer I bought online wasn't compatible with my existing equipment. My own fault, I should've done more research. Anyway, both Sam and Ivan went out of their way to try find a solution for us. We ended up having to return the speakers for a refund. I really appreciate the assistance Folders offered with finding the most affordable return freight solution for me and the refund was made within a few days. Will certainly trade again with them.

Wow, I would expect this business to have 5 stars for their review. My husband and I had an exceptional experience with 'Ivan' who was not only very helpful but went the extra mile on service. As a Business Advisor it very hard to get this service from many places and I said I'd love to bottle up Ivan and take him out to many of my client's employees as an example of what can be delivered. What an exceptional young man. Well done Folders on a great hire!

My Partner just brought a Waffle Maker from this Company, never used them before, but they have amazing prices, and great service.do try them if you get the chance!

Folders Online is a fantastic way to shop. Quality products and value for money and easy to use website. I had great communication about status updates both from store and delivery driver for my headboard purchase.

The worst service we have had in our entire lives!
we bought a vacuum cleaner in late dec 2018, which broke down after 3 weeks. It has been 3 months now and the product has still not been fixed
Many excuses as too why we have had to wait SO LONG.
No offer to refund or offer a replacement in the interim.
The owner was unbelievable rude eg when asked for a refund the terse answer was NO, when asked for an explanation the answer was "its part of our process"
When I said I would never step foot in there shop again she answered. "great". THE WORST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER HAD IN 75 YEARS OF LIFE

I didn't want to give stars for the atrocious behaviour of Rui - the computer guy at this store. I agree with Eunice Rongo Kizmaz. Avoid this joker like the plague. He's rude, impatient, completely unhelpful.
I wouldn't trust him with my granny for sure.

The staff is helpful and seemed to know some stuff about computer but the information they gave me was wrong just so they could tried to sell me something I didn't need.

Staff aim to please and have a great knowledge of their merchandise. They keep you informed and updated as to cost and installation times. A pleasure to deal with.

Ripped off by Rui Folders computer technician DO NOT COME HERE FOR COMPUTER REPAIRS!
I strongly urge anyone going here to find another store in Kaitaia to service their computer.
My 82 year old auntie was ripped off 50.00 for a so-called analysis and recommendations by "Rui"the Folders computer tech - he charged my aunt and then told her she needed to spend a further 450.00 plus 80.00 topay for the labour to back-up her files. I refused all as i knew it was a rip-off! I went to folders to find rui was going to charge me 80.00 for my back-up files. I paid 40.00 as i needed the files.
Well imagine my disgust when i checked the files and there was nothing on it but 3 useless notes and a couple of pics and a complete waste of $40.00 plus a waste of 50.00 for the useless quote.
TOTALLY SHAMEFUL AND DISHONEST SERVICE FROM RUI! Brings down the hard work of all the other staff.
Avoid Folders kaitaia computer repairs and Go to the other computer store in kaitaia which i hear is great and non rip-off.
