Difficult to find and access off busy road Most EVs on the showroom floor had been pre sold so unable to take on test drive. Salesperson seemed knowledgeable and helpful with sourcing vehicles in Japan (Nissan Leaf) through their tender process.

Great selection of cars and friendly staff. Geary, the salesman who helped me was super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend coming here for your next car.

Gleb & GVI were really helpful as we were purchasing our first EV. We made a time as we’re travelling in from out of town. Gleb was really friendly, helpful and so knowledgeable, which really helped put my mind at ease. Time was take to explain things I wasn’t sure about, and the in’s and outs of the car were shared so well. It made the transition so easy (and the car is just brilliant, I wish I’d done it years ago). Still so happy with the car and the service provided - thank you!

Car is good so far however they will sneak in as much stuff as possible in the finance. Was only told "This will be X amount per week for 3/4/5 years", was never asked if I wanted any of the extra things, they just decided that I needed that stuff when it came down to the sale time, was never offered a cost breakdown until the very end so I guess you specifically have to ask and look over before doing any despoits etc.

Double check everything, ask lots of questions if you're doing finance, or you will get snapped up and end up paying waaaay more in finance costs than what you purchased the car for. Not a good experiance honestly, not purchasing a car here again, this is my expensive $5000 lesson, hope the commission was good team.

GVI did a great job for us. We weren’t able to go see the car we were buying but they were very patient and helpful and then dropped the car off to us. The car was as advertised and really happy with the Leaf so far!

They make claims that they’re best in the EV business a lot of knowledge etc. I found out later the info the sales person told me was not correct. Called and emailed ahead of a 250km trip to view a couple of their stock to find out one had just sold and they had misplaced the other one. Couldn’t be anymore unhelpful if they tried. I would rather stick knitting needles into my eyes than buy a car from GVI. Suggest the unfinest, one start rating is far to high. Don’t believe their current advertised stock!

Excellent dealer, friendly staffs, clean office and most importantly nice cars. I wish I could get my next car from them. (purchase a car from them for my wife this time)

Have had our 2013 Nissan Leaf from GVI since Jan 2021. Could not be happier and love the EV experience. The car was extremely tidy, clean and in good condition. Electric Motoring is such a pleasure and so many free and paid charging locations all around the city. The team at GVI are great. There is a good range of cars and plenty of good advice available. I dealt mostly with Gleb and he was very helpful. Its a big place and can get busy so definitely allow time or book ahead of time. Will be back at GVI for my next EV purchase for sure as they take away all the overwhelm and confusion that can happen with so many options and entering the EV realm.

We bought a Honda Fit Hybrid about 3 weeks ago. We liked the car and instantly decided to buy it and have the finance arranged through GVI. Were told the car had only arrived so they need to register and groom it. We were happy with that. Cherin was arranging the finance for us through UDC. Following Saturday we were there to pick the car as well as sign some papers. On our way back home we realized the car wasn't looking clean at all, it was in the same condition we first saw it not very good service provided there. When we checked the paper again at home, we saw the $14000 car will cost us $20000 so decided to pay it off. Yes we did pay it off over a week ago and no one has responded to let us know if things are sorted. Cherin does not have any customer service skills, a rude lady sitting there who does not respond to email. She was so rude to her own colleague while we were sitting there. GVI sells nice cars but don't trust their finance, check everything before signing. Not a good experience with GVI.
