Really positive experience dealing with GVI. Gleb took time to answer our questions and helped us feel comfortable in our decision without any pressure or up-sell. A wide range of cars and prices, we were able to find just what we needed. Thanks team!

Bought a $25000 import car from them. They do all sorts of promises of free service when due for first time after buying and the decline saying nothing was promised and it’s not in writing. If they say something, take it in writing. They promised 2nd key will be given when it arrives as they only had 1 key for the car. They did not give the 2nd key and totally deny any responsibility for this too. They claim it’s not a new car so can’t give 2nd key sometimes. Overall pretty much a very much unprofessional and unfriendly experience

I had an unfortunate experience with GVI but Matt and Danny helped me through the refund process and assisted where they could.

A huge THANK YOU to John & Cherin for a great customer service. I purchased a new vehicle before Christmas, but there were few issues with the vehicle. I returned the vehicle to John who genuinely helped me throughout the process of getting the vehicle fixed before Christmas. However, couple of days later the vehicle started jerking again & wasn't stable enough. I took the vehicle back to GVI & John helped me again. Instead of making a hassle about exchanging the vehicle, he happily showed me around & gave me the opportunity to test drive another vehicle which I loved. Good selection of cars, and more importantly, they didn't chase me around while I was looking. Left me to peruse the cars in my own time, and only came over when I waved for attention!

Great team, very helpful. We love our Nissan Leaf. When the battery had some issues, the team replaced it under warranty, free of charge. Shoutout to Gleb who was the team member helping us.he had great knowledge and was easy to get in touch with.

Highly recommend as this is the best car buying experience I've had. Right from the start my sales person Gleb was super knowledgeable, patient in explaining everything and has a great sense of humor. We had fun finding the right car for me. Cherin the business manager and was so friendly and polite with the paperwork. Huge selection of vehicles and these guys truly are specialists in electric.

Russell went above and beyond in helping me out as a recent customer from GVI. Living on Waiheke it was going to be costly exercise getting my EV across on the ferry and back to get a baby seated fitted for our expecting newborn. GVI generously lent me a car for the day at no cost so that I could get that sorted. Saved me alot of time and money, super grateful. Incredible after sales service.

If you're looking for a vehicle, go to GVI and look for GLEB. Very smooth experience at GVI, I felt like I got a fair trade for my vehicle (which is rare). I test drove the vehicle I liked and Gleb came along, explaining everything while not being too pushy or aggressive in making a sale. While I was deciding if I was going to buy the car, they gave me time to discuss with my wife, they even gave us a room so we can talk in private.

What amazed me the most though, is the aftersales service I got from Gleb. 4 days after I bought the car, my boot hatch malfunctioned. One text to Gleb and he directed me to the GVI workshop at Ellerslie, got a schedule and got the boot fixed, with a courtesy car while they fixed my vehicle!

I highly recommend GVI, the GVI Service Centre, and of course, Gleb. True pros, very pleased with my purchase.

Was recommended to come here on EV NZ facebook page after receiving terrible service from Nissan manukau about my malfunctioning leaf.i saw Geary, and he was amazing! He helped me fix the problems the Nissan dealership created and helped me find solutions for my next EV. Would defiantly recommend going to see him with any EV questions! He made me feel so much better about my EV experience

We had a great experience and were so well informed we bought an electric car. We had previously been to other places who couldn't tell us as much as Gleb could, he was incredibly professional and welcoming! And my car is amazing I'm never driving a fuel car again! Aaron provided a smooth transition to get finance and professionally described all we needed to know about the payments etc. Definitely recommend GVI.

Good car dealer, best customer services ever, come and ask for Syed, he was very honest and HELPFUL, trying to help me solve the problem to find me a right car. I have been many places and met lots of sells man, he is clearly one of the best.
