Worst customer service I’ve received in 7 years of having car service. The lady (pacific lady sitting in the middle between two young ladies in the service area) is as rude as her face. I came in to have my husband’s company car serviced and the way she spoke and responded was just way too unprofessional. I don’t know how can she be customer facing. Who ever you are, I hope the management reads this review and put you at the back office. Please act accordingly, you don’t deserve to be facing customers with your filthy attitude and face. Get re-trained, the two young ladies beside you are more approachable and pleasant to deal with when they look so much younger and way more pleasant than you do. You are disgusting.

Very disappointed with manukau Nissan service centre.
First they ‘forgot’ to put clips back in after replacing sway bar link & then had car booked in for an insurance job & get phone call the day before saying the part needs to be prepayed before ordering & will take up to 4 weeks to get there. Was told 3 weeks earlier at time of booking they would order the part & have it ready.
So disorganised & unprofessional.
Such a shame they took over Holden servicing. I will not be using them again!

DONT COME HERE! RIP OFF AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My Aunty came to get her car fixed here, got a diagnostic check and was totally ripped off and taken advantage of. Decided to take car elsewhere to get fixed and staff were beyond rude. I hope management see this review and sort your staff out on the ground. Disappointing and distasteful service! Zero stars!

Rip off. Found parts and service double than similar car dealer. Despite have new part they still want to charge and change it. Dishonest staff and company. Please check other deals before giving your car yo this crocks

I would not recommend Manuakau Nissan, we purchased x2 2018 Nissan Pathfinders & we have had nothing but recalls on them, when they were taken to Nissan, we'd pick them up to be told they don't have the parts for the recall to re-book, the service on them is over-priced, the final straw is taking it to them December 22 to fix the drivers window, when I picked it up they told me I need a regulator and this was going to cost roughly $300 - $400 and a 6-8 week wait for the part, I was charged $130 for looking at it. Part was ordered in December 22. (The car has been parked up in garage because the window drops down since December 22).
I called them 31 January 23 to enquire about part, they forgot to order it and I have to wait another 6-8weeks.
Not good enough Nissan, the vehicle isn't over 5 years old and under 100k's.
I don't usually write bad reviews, but people need to be aware of the service you provide. It I could rate no star I would.

Very disappointed. Vehicle has been booked twice for a recall related issue. Booking done weeks in advance and upon collection of vehicle no work carried out due to no parts. Wasting work leaves and money to and from home. Very disappointed

Worst customer service i have received from Joe O'Neil. Very bad attitude and always trying to enforce his Sales technique. Didn't know what he was talking about if you know your car as well.

WARNING! Be very careful with them!
Booked online appointments numerous times even emailed but they never replied. Took car there in person last week but told to rebook in office and bring car next day, waste of time and petrol. Next morning Mr Foreman-Mechanic looked at loose door handle in less than 5mins and charged $86 without my knowledge. Tall receptionist called me, explained the situation: 4-6 weeks wait on part and total cost. She handed me the keys and to my shock the $86 bill. I refused, firstly: I wasn't told in the beginning, secondly $86 just to check door handle in less than 5mins is ridiculous. I requested to speak to two well dressed men, Mr foreman from mechanic area and his Manager in office and. BILL WAS CANCELLED! Thankfully my car door handle was fixed the same day by a different mechanic at much less cost. Be very careful with their charges and endure shopping around for better deals & an honest Mr foreman.

Customer attentiveness and communication at the counter was good (2 ladies) and the car was available at the requested time of completion, thanks. Would have to say though that the price of a service while discussed at the outset seemed to me to be exorbitant. As I was already at the service appointment and had travelled from Tauranga, I reluctantly accepted it, but would think twice before having the car serviced here again, given the high cost (2-2.5 times what it costs elsewhere). I also had to query the spark plugs cost on the final invoice which were in fact NOT replaced so the invoice cost was then reduced - there seems to be a breakdown in what the mechanics 'actually' do and what is invoiced, so I would recommend that the Service Dept look at the internal communication system they have. Its not good when customers are overcharged when already the cost of the service is so high. Thank you.

Anthony and Peter were both awesome to deal with, Peter did an amazing job finding a solution for an extended mechanical warranty that worked for us, very knowledgeable.
UPDATE 8/11/22 nissan Manukau had the gearbox out to replace front and rear seals, they serviced the gearbox not long before I purchased from them according to them. I have just taken it to mercedes for a full service, and have been shown the sump plug absolutely destroyed, indicating Manukau nissan either did not service gear box or destroyed this hex bolt putting it back in, costing me and now doubting their service record / technician all together. Also there is a rim cracked but I cannot say for sure it was like this at time of purchase, how ever that wheel has been needing an air top up on a regular basis since purchasing, was waiting to get a new set of tyres to address. Lowering my rating, buyer beware I guess.

Buying a car from Manukau Nissan has to been, one of the worst experience's I have ever had.
While the sales team were fabulous, the service after that was shocking.
No one gets back, with any information when we have asked for it. Our problems with the car were never fixed and resulted in us having to buy another car at extra cost.
Zara give 100% in customer service, real shame the rest of the team, dont.
I wouldnt and will not ever, recomend, that anyone buys a car from you.

One of the best car dealers we have ever been to. All the staffs there were so friendly. The best was this particular salesperson…Uwise Hussein. He was so friendly and a very approachable person. He showed us a range of SUVs which we were interested in, he advised us accordingly and gave us time to make our decision. Uwise has such a in-depth knowledge about the vehicles and he was able to answer all our questions accordingly.we were so impressed with this young man’s service that we couldn’t refuse but bought our Nissan xtrail which we are very much enjoying.and not forgetting Ravikash Sharma (Barry) from the service dept who personally recommend Manukau Nissan to us. So a big thumps up to the entire team at Nissan manukau …You guys are fantastic

Joe O'Neil set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment we reached out with a brief inquiry, he was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking us through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. Their attention to detail and our satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect. When we mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about the vehicle, unlike most used lots. Worked with us when the price was a little out of our budget and overall a great guy. Definitely coming back here again. Peter Griffin was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. Very genuine and passionate about his work. More than willing to help us find the best vehicle, specifically tailored to our needs and helped us explore various options for financing.
