We had an amazing customer service experience thanks to Joe O'Neil. He understood what we wanted. Offered genuine and honest advice. Recommended a great vehicle. Peter Griffin was very welcoming. Peter took the time to explain the process in great detail. He made our vehicle purchase very smooth and easy. We have purchased vehicles before but this experience was very professional and outstanding. We definitely recommend Manukau Nissan if you are looking to buy your next vehicle.

Joe and Peter, what top blokes. Didn't go in intending to want or to purchase a ute. It had been a long day dealing with salesman in other yards, but with Joe's non pushy, no bs and a relaxed approach, I was grateful. Peter in finance was awesome, he made everything easy and his customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend both guys and will definitely be back in the future.

We had an excellent experience at Manukau Nissan in being able to find the car that we truly wanted through the good customer service of Mohit. Through to the finalising of paperwork through Kyle and delivery of the vehicle to pick up through Kim. The process was stress free and simple definitely will be returning in the future if looking at purchasing another vehicle.

Took my work car to have a service, detail and a required update. When I dropped off I explained I would be waiting in the area, so the salesperson said they would try and fast track it but it would be done by 3pm latest (dropped off at 9am). I waited for 5 hours before trying to call to get an update, despite being on hold for over 30mins and leaving countless messages no one got back to me, so I walked back to the dealership in the rain to find out my car was ready (for who knows how long while I had been waiting and trying to get through on the phone) and they also hadn't even done the required update due to "server issues". I ended up taking my car to Nissan Newmarket to do this and found the service to be amazing and will be going there from now onwards
Edit to response: Before I even advised I was waiting in the area they said it would be 3pm latest, so my expectation was for 3pm (a normal timeframe even if not waiting in the area) but that they would try and do it faster. I had no problem waiting until 3pm (6hours) however it was well beyond this time. My main issue was the hours of trying to get through on the phone and leave messages, and the lack of contact when the car had clearly been ready for some time
