Place itself is ok, but booking for service is REALLY BAD. I was booked and reminded twice about booking at 10: 15. Now is 12: 15, car still awaiting outside. DONT use this site- MANUKAU - to service your car, unless you want to waste your time.

Extremely poor service. I felt that they did not want my business. After 7 different telephone conversations regarding service of my wife's car, not once they returned my call as promised. Then given ridiculous charges for brakes, wipers etc. I felt they were blindly making money yet their service to start was extremely poor. And this was not exactly my first poor sevice experience with Nissan Manukau

The manager has no time to address issues after a sale is completed. It becomes the buyers problem. Supposed to meet at 9.00am but arrives in office after 10. Has pre made answers and refuse to listen. Shame on you

Rung multiple times and they don't pick up. So left messages on two different service lines and asked them to call me over three different days. Still no call from them. So I've booked in with another place instead. Simply SHOCKING not to even return at least one of the calls. If I had booked in I hate to think what sort of shoddy service they would do!

No reminder sent out for wof. Disappointing that it took 3 goes to get wof finished. We advised before wof that both cars required new wipers. But come to pay and advised that they didn't need doing when mine had chunk out of one of my wipers and my husbands back wiper was broken. How did these both get missed? Then they changed both of our front blades and still hadn't replaced my husbands back wiper which was broke? 3 attempts wow!

Poor customer service. Service Advisor does not pass correct information despite having information in the service files. I have experienced their 'attitude' a no.of times. Just an improvement in the way they communicate will make a lot of difference to customers. Management needs to look into this area. We have bought a no.of vehicles from here but will have to think thrice for the next buy.

Service at manukau nissan sucks, big time! If there was a rating lower than 1 star, i’d give that to them.been waiting for more thank 4 hours and still not done! And this is just a regular servicing, no single issue with the car!

Too long waiting time.even i have an appointment.after 3 hours waiting been notied the parts not arrived and had to come back again today and another 1and half hour waiting.no information while waiting.

When I chose to buy a new work Ute the New Navara was what I had my heart set on, Manukau Nissan being my local Dealer obviously got my business as like every kiwi you choose to support your local, this was in 2016 I was excited to be driving the New NP300. I decked the Ute out with every accessory possible which I believe I had one of the best looking utes on the road when they first came out & should have been great advertising for Nissan & I was happy with my purchase.

That’s where my happiness ended, dealing with this dealership has been the worst experience possible from poor communication after the initial sale to point of delivery. After spending $60+ thousand on a new Ute I was told initially the wait would be a week when I ordered the vehicle.in a weeks time when I called to ask what day can I come through to pick up my New Ute, as I hadnt heard from Manukau Nissan since purchase, I was told “we don’t know where your Ute is, we trying to find it”. Fast forward a month of my salesperson not having an answer for me it took a month and a half to get my Ute. In this time they bought my previous navara off me and refused to provide me a courtesy car until my Ute was ready.

After such a poor experience I took all dealings to Schofield Nissan where I have had every service since done. They truely have provided me with an amazing customer experience even though i did not buy my Ute through a them.

Fast forward 2 Years on, I went to site in my Ute & my rear lid would not open, as it is a work Ute I had all my tools in there and could not work without it. My site was in south auckland and my nearest dealer was Manukau Nissan. I popped in & talked to the sales person on the yard that greeted me instantly which I felt good about, he was very friendly. He directed me to the service department and said “they will get me sorted, drive it around the back” (at this point in my head I thought was awesome & they deserved a second shot)

I waited out the back for 10 minutes in vain as no one one assisted me. The salesmen came to me and said we are too busy to help you & you need to book your vehicle in for another day. When I re expressed the Urgency as I couldn’t work without my tools that were trap in a Nissan fitted lid that I paid over $3000 for, I was told there is nothing they can do. I again expressed its a work Ute, I don’t need it fixed just opened I need my gears it’s important I was told no, come inside fill in details and we will book you in later on.

At this point I had 5 men who I pay hourly standing on site unable to work as all my surveying gear was trapped in my Ute & not one of the Manukau Team at Nissan could even look at and tell me it’s not a 2minute fix and it is a big or small job.

I called Schofields whilst in the manukau driveway with their team refusing to help & was told “ bring your vehicle in now & we will get it sorted”

I drove instantly to Schofields Nissan and within 3 minutes of driving in my lid was opened & gear was out & told a new mechanism has been ordered as it had failed.

I WOULD PAY THOUSANDS MORE WITH ANY OTHER DEALER THAN SUPPORT THIS PATHETIC ORGANISATION.

I think that Manukau Nissan should stick to selling Nissan Micra’s & small cars for retired people as they may have all the time in the world to deal with your poor service.

Time is money for Tradies & from what I experienced you could not care less!

Excellent service here. I booked my vehicle I for a service and was offered a courtesy vehicle for that time. Everything was done efficiently. Very friendly staff.

Very polite customer service from Shahil and Peter, they were very honest, informative, helpful and straight to the point. Jayson being the general manager handled all financial negotiations beyond our expectations which was awesome. Thanks a lot to the team@MaukauNissan for the delightful experience we had!

Not very helpful people at all. Rude and dont have great customer service skills. Also dont do courtesy cars even if your car is being fixed for over a week.

Value for money and thorough service including WOF were successfully carried out on my 2007 Nissan Tiida (EAN609). I'm pleased with the outcome.

It took me 3 weeks of waiting, but it was for acceptable reasons. When my ute came out, it was worth the wait because of upgraded accessories I never expected. Thank you so much Harry for initiating the upgrades, which I’d rather not specify but certainly enough to please me. Brianna was also extremely helpful in simplifying the financial terms to the level understandable to me. Finally to that gentle Kiwi truck cleaner, you’ve made the 3 weeks forgettable for that kind chat and gesture you afforded me in my wait. Fantastic customer service guys! Keep it up!

I have a very good experience with sales team especially Vukan (Sales Manager) who is brilliant. I am also very happy with the vehicle but as far as finance is concerned; they dont tell you some fees in advance and surprise you when you are there to sign the papers. Moreover, instead of acknowledging that they did not disclose the fee in the initial conversation they will rather try to prove you wrong.
