Don't waste your Money going there instead try some other Dealers. Done 2 Services for 2019 XTrail and was charged higher amount both times than it was discussed Initially. They won't even clean your Vehicle properly and will blame automated Machine.

No reply so to me that poor service and wouldn't bother after waiting for longer than a week for a reply. A place that will not get my service

Inquired about buying a Nissan Xtrail. Great service from Uswais and team, booked specific time to visit and have a look, take the car for a test drive, arranged finance quickly as well. Never felt pushed to must buy from them. Unfortunately we didn't buy Nissan this time but highly recommend them for the service and if buying a Nissan, this is the dealer to go to.

Poor customer service. I had bad experience with their sales manager (Ryno). All I can say is that he just not dealing with the customer in good faith.

Although I canceled the deal next day after I pay the deposit he refused to refund the deposit justifying that he ordered the car and so no and so for. I tried with him gently many time to return my money he kept on refusing that.

Bullying the customer by stating this a statutory rights forgetting that there is something called the customer satisfaction and his company reputation. (Tried also to contact the branch manager Mike Esson - said just deal with Ryno without showing any reasonable action such a decision maker responsible looking after his branch reputation)

I strongly don’t recommend this branch

Highly recommended, quick and easy to deal with, that’s the reason we chose Nissan.

Thanks to the team at Manukau Nissan for a 5star service in arranging me receiving my Nissan X-trail. Special mention must be made to Virginia and Anais due to their professional and prompt service delivery. Early Saturday morning while browsing the internet, I logged a request on the Manukau Nissan website, seconds later I received a response from Ryan. Not long thereafter, Virginia and Anais assisted me. If I'd been in Auckland I probably would have driven home with the vehicle that same day. I only truly started loving an X-trail since Dec2020 and now because of this amazing team, I can now continue this love journey. When I'm in Auckland, I'll pop in and say hi. I got a call form them 3 weeks ago to take my car in for a service i asked how much they said around 240 for the basic i said thats fine thats all i want. When my wife drops the car off they had added the WOF to the service not knowing that i already had said no she signed off. They called me to tell me that WOF has filed due to wipers that they are willing to change for 113 and that only the rubber btw the WOF cost 60 where even if you take to AA they would not charge that much i asked to speak to the manger Craig Whitman he did not have the courage to speak to me and hid in a meeting. All i suggest shop around and be careful they will over charge you

My husband and I are more than happy to give Manukau Nissan five star rating because they went above and beyond what they had to do to make my collection of my vehicle when we picked it up resently.the whole team at Manukau nissan helped to make my pick up pleasant keep up the great work you do with the clients when they come in to the office. 10 out of 10 for your customer service Sam & Kyle plus all the other staff that were so polite and helpful a big thanks to everyone at Manukau nissan

Very frustrated with your sales person and the whole purchasing process. There was no communication between your staff. So long story short, I booked 17/06/20 for my car delivery, but the sales person was not there, my car was not ready, no paper work was done. There was no congratulations whats so ever, instead I had to wait for an hour for them to do my paper work and clean my car. No apology or follow up from that sales persons or sales manager on the next day or so. I'm sorry but I have to say that it was very unprofessional. You managers need to tell your guys that they need to communicate with their customers and team members. When your customer asked for the plate number for her new car, please don't just never reply. If you can't remember, maybe write it down? Also tell your guys to actually personally be there on the delivery date. And if you screwed up, please contact your customer and give an apology the next day. Lastly, please train your staff properly on how to be professional and how to provide an acceptable customer service.
